I have no Cellular data since yesterday! anybody know anything

Did you make any account or phone changes between yesterday and now?

Do you have any family or friends closeby with Koodo/Telus who also are having service issues?


No I didn’t change anything and I don’t know anyone using koodo.


So only data didn't work? Was calling and text  working normally?

Also, which phone model are you using? Make sure the apn was set correctly as per Koodo settings https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone

Have you check your data settings with the link above? A reset network settings migh migh help as well.

Also, how much data was available in your plan? I assumed data wasn't off accidentally in your phone?
