I suspect my number is being used virtually somehow

I suspect my number is being used virtually somehow. I have been receiving calls from strangers who says that they received a call from my number when I did not call them at all. I need to talk to a rep, but I keep getting a bot. How do I talk to a live human being? There aren’t any options for the problem that I am encountering.

SIM isn't working

Hi,My SIM card just stopped working yesterday. I have tried to restart my phone and check the network settings on my phone, neither of those things fixed the issue. I also tried inserting the SIM into another phone, that also did not work. It just says emergency calls only and shows no bars. I had a schedule call with a customer service rep, they said they’d make a ticket and the technical team would look into the issue and call me back.I gave my home phone number to call, but if I step out of the house when they call, could they email me or something?

How to apply CIBC promo code?

To whom may concern,I’m a monthly user of Koodo. And I received an email from CIBC including a promo code and an unique validation code for Koodo plan. When I apply it to my order it shows”Sorry, it looks like this promo code isn't eligible with the items in your cart.” But I cannot find other places to apply it. Could you please help me? Thank you!

Not permitted to update C/Card

I’ve tried several times to simply update the new expiry date on my credit card and/or whole card.It keeps erring out to ‘Oops! Something went wrong - try again later’. How long do I have to keep trying “later”, later as in every day.I tried to communicate with the binary bit byter (AKA Artificial something, certainly NOT Intelligence). But it just wants to put ads about upgrading.  :(I have already seen dozens of the how-to, but doesn’t say how-to fix ‘Try again later’.I have a self-serve pre-paid account. Thanks~v

Prepaid Customer Login page not working

I’m trying to login to my prepaid koodo account to cancel the auto top up which was accidently selected.I’m not in Canada any more and the login page just continually times out. Repeatedly. How can I login in to cancel if the page won’t even load?

Can't log in to Koodo Prepaid Self Serve or change password

Recently | damaged my SIM Card and purchased a new one and was surprised to discover that I couldn’t log into my Koodo Prepaid Self Serve with the password I am 100% sure I set for this particular account.Also, when attempting to change my password and following through with the copying over the 6 digit code sent to my phone , I complete all the input fields correctly and receive the error message stating “We cannot process your request at this time”. I only wish to change over my account to the new SIM Card I bought as I have been having intermittent problems with my current SIM due to a minor oversight on my part. I have the new card ready to go as soon as this login/change password issue can be resolved. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Regards,Chris

Cancel the current plans

I’m currently cutting the budget for my network service. I need to cancel my plan for Koodo right now. Does anyone know that there is a way to reach the custom service and tell them to terminate my plan?

Just got back home - Network data not working

Two weeks ago, I returned to Canada after being abroad for 4 months. During this time, I used prepaid SIM cards for mobile service on my iPhone 13. After getting home, I put in the original Koodo SIM card, and it half-works. Normal texting and calling work fine.  Even stranger,  the top of my phone interface still reads ‘Koodo - LTE/3G’ with the bar reliably showing weaker/stronger connections depending on my location. Visually, nothing would imply that I wouldn’t be getting service. Yet whenever I switch off Wifi or try to use data outside, nothing connects. Search engines like Google, social media apps, everything: nothing works. I’ve looked through my settings a dozen times and it all seems to be in order. It recognises Koodo as my carrier, I’ve got roaming data turned on, and my APN settings seem to be filled in as suggested (just the APN at sp.koodo.com, user/password fields blank). I even reset my phone’s network settings to no avail. I’m lost on how to remedy the issue, since th

I have tried again and again after waiting more than an hour.What next?

I can’t log into Koodo?? I could only get here on Community was by logging in through my Facebook account which doesn’t allow me to go into Self Serve.Every time I try to log in I get “You've exceeded the maximum number of unsuccessful attempts and your online access to Self Serve has now been locked. To prevent unauthorized account access, we limit the number of login attempts. To regain access, please try again in one hour.”When I try to reset my password I get “This service is unavailable right now. Please refresh the page, or try again in 1 hour by clicking the link in the registration email you received.” But then no email arrives with a link.When I try to forget username / email I get “Your account has been locked. Please try again in an hour.”

Cannot Register to self-serve, can't schedula a call-back without it

When I tried to register my koodo prepaid self-serve account, it took really long to load and I eventually closed the page. Now when I try to register, it always says “cannot process your request at the moment”.Unfortuntely, since Koodo doesn’t offer a support number, and since you can’t schedule a call-back without being registered, I am trapped in an endless loop with the digital assistant and don’t know how to continue.Thanks for any help

Cant Sign up for Self Serve

I am ‘half registered’ for Koodo. I went to koodo in person to sign up and get a sin card.The issues is now I cant actually sign into the account that was half started. The email link sends me to a page that says “Service unavailable”, to try again in an hour or refresh the page. Either of those does nothing. Im still unable to do it.If I try to registered, it doesnt work because I have an account started.I’ve tried forgotten password and it tells me to follow the link in the initial email which sends me to ‘service unavailable’.  Im kind of in a loop.

I set up a Koodo account where I’m the account owner and they are the user. They are trying to get set up for self service, but it says their details aren’t correct. I’m confused how to proceed with getting the account set up

Porting from Telus

Hi,I am having issues trying to port from a Telus account.   I have tried entering both the account number and IMEI and neither seem to be working correctly even though I have copied them directly from the Telus bill.Any assistance would be appreciated.KC

Help Activating Self Serve Account - "Service Unavailable"

Hi,I have just received my SIM card from Koodo and Koodo sent me an activation link via email, but the link does not seem to work.. I have tried multiple times to finish registration for the past few days but have always had the "Service Unavailable" or “try again in 1 hour” message come up. May I please ask for help with this? Reading other threads, I’m getting the same problem after using Koodo assist saying "incomplete registration" and that my email was already used in a partially created profile. When I press resend, it goes back to the service unavailable page....edit: looks like a Koodo rep/admin resetting my email might fix the problem?Thank you in advance!

Cannot register for smart serve

Got sent a registration email a week ago while I was out of town, whenever I click it it tells me that “this service is unavailable right now.” and to try again in an hour. It has been three days. I tried registering my account with that Koodo Assist thing, whereupon filling out the file it told me that my email was attached to an existing account, and to click a button to resend my registration email. Clicking the button leads me back to the “this service is unavailable right now” page and sends me no email. This is obviously extremely frustrating, how on earth am I supposed to use my account?

 I keep getting this message all the time no matter what I do, for like a month now. I can’t get access to my data usage, have been trying for a couple of days and the assistant is saying they have no records of my phone number, email or account number. How can this be when they take money from my account every month?

My account turns out blank after login

There is nothing in my account after login. This is the account I have been using for more than 2 years. What’s going on?  When I click my profile, it never gets there:  I suspect that it could be related to the Telus identity service change or it could be they fired too many people so no one really did any quality check before roll out this kind of change.

Changing rate plan after seasonal hold

I had my phone on seasonal hold for a few months, and now when I try to change my rate plan to reinstate my phone service on SelfServe, the only options available are over $60 and have 20+ GB of data, and it won’t let me choose a different plan without upgrading my phone (which I don’t want to do).Is there a way to get around this and get something similar to my old plan (under $40 for 3 GB of data) and avoid upgrading my phone?

I cant connect to voicemail

When i press voicemail on the phone screen the device says “Cannot Connect to Voicemail.  Call your service provider for assistance.”Could someone please reset my voicemail please. Thank you
