Hi, I’m getting an error every time I try to update my billing address.

@ErinRich Can you pls share a screenshot of the error you are getting? Without any personal details of course.

Also, could you try it in incognito mode and see if that helps? 

UPDATE: we did indeed find an issue impacting a small set of customers. We are working on the fix, in the meantime what others users mentioned is to use the Edge browser as things appear to work fine through that.  Thanks for your patience!

I also cannot change my billing address. I’m trying to purchase a new phone and cannot change my address to do so. I’ve been trying for 2 days. It’s says it’s successful but keeps going back to my old address.

I’m going to try that once I’m home, I only have my phone to use and I don’t think I can do it on that. So frustrating!!


I did try the edge browser on my phone and it didn’t work either. I’ll try on my laptop when I get home 


Tried it, incognito mode didn’t work. 
it’s pretty ridiculous it’s THIS hard to change your address. 


Just to double check, did you enter the address exactly as it appears on Canada Post https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/cpc/en/tools/find-a-postal-code.page?
