Paying the difference

Hello I would like to know if I could switch to another plan by just paying the difference as i did add a fund to my account but I did not know that it would reactivate it immediately on my current ones when I was just wanting to switch. Is it possible to this by having a customer rep calling you??

Cant call LD

Im trying to call a Mexico number and it says my phone cant call and to call Koodo...well calling Koodo is impossible...why cant i just dial a number i want and pay LD for that outgoing call?

US Roaming Charge when not over border

Hi, In October I was in Southern Alberta close to the US border but not over the border yet, I looked at my phone at one point and noticed a roaming R. I turned airplane mode on immediately and kept it on while close to the border and while I was actually over the  border. I got a charge for $10.00 for 1.51mb data usage on the October bill, can it be reversed? Thank you

how do i go about reconnecting my phone after its been canceled and i have paid off my bill

I need to reconnect my phone using the same number I got from the service but I can't call customer service for help because they fully canceled can someone please help me 😟😟 and I ABSOLUTELY NEED to have the same phone number because like everything that has extra security is using my disconnected number

stream subscription first month

 I have these subscriptions direct already and was just charged the other day for them.The T&Cs do say you are charged in the succeeding months so that made me think you aren’t charged immediately in these cases….but it seems for people who already have these subscriptions you get double charged the first month?

Called person can't hear me.

Using my iPhone 8, when I call my home’s landline, I can hear the person who answers but they cannot hear me.  I’ve searched all of the settings and can’t find anything that would cause this. Can anyone help?

warranty on phone cases

I purchased a new phone in February 2024.I also purchased a Kate Spade phone case and a Pure Gear Screen Protector….total purchase was $ 112.98.The screen protector has cracked and the phone case is defective. I went to kOODOO  as they are under warranty and now the company doesnt sell these items any more and the phone is discontinued. They told me I could buy another case for a discounted price  of $62.00….I try to get my screen protector replaced and you dont carry any in stock so now it will cost my $22.00 to have this item shipped to me.What a absolute disgrace to have this wonderful service when you buy a phone but only to find out it is a big scam!this is not acceptable!I am not happy with this service what so ever!

I ordered a new line , new phone middle October. Phone came and I did not find it user friendly. Since it was online , had to be done through phone calls. I was told I would receive a label in three days (Friday) nothing came , no call or email. Monday I called, Im still in return timeframe. Data, calls nothing was used. I finally get a shipment label.Shipment arrives at placement. Nothing updates on my account. I got a $10 credit, $200 x 2 for bills of a phone I don't have physically anymore , talking over the phone nobody understands what Im telling them. There is no track record allegedly of calls had on their end. Very frustrating I want to go to in person store, with all my receipts , the tracking , why am I paying for an item I no longer have and never used. Ended up getting prepaid with them so that's more money out of pocket

Hello koodo I have a super good phone plan right now . But i would love to some how be able to find away that i could get a Canada-USA  phone plan added to my account.  That i can use my phone in the usa when i go to the states.  But id like to be able to be paying the same as im paying now . Unless you have any better phone plans that i may be interested in . Anyway if someone could help me out that be great thanks talk to some one soon i hope . And hope i can find what im looking for soon . And im not wanting anything changed on my plan without me knowing .  Thanks

Koodo callback system is not calling me back. I've requested a call back twice now and it's been hours and no one is calling me back. I have had the same issue for a month and a half. It's super frustrating. How do you talk to an actual human being?

Hello My name is David I am teaching English in a foriegn  By mistake my tab got closed out and added to my bill I got that straightened out but the bill balance never got stratightened ot my bill balance still shows 1700 dollars but me tab shows I owe 260 dollars with payments of 16.25 for the next 16 months whivh reflects in my current bill But I am also being charged 51 dollare per month for late fees even though my tab has been restored from the last person my monthly bill should be 62.25 plus tax as a retire who volunters teaching I cannot afford to pay 51 dollare per month in late fees and I have no other way of conecting anybody as I am in another country in Cental America David Rosa

PUK code

Apparently i had a password on my sim and or i was unaware  of the default until i tried my phone pin 3 x and locked it. I need a Puk code but have no other call back number and the koodoo/telus store wanted 90 dollars to call or be id assume the call back, i have fretted and wasted most this day trying to talk to someone to no avail.  Is there another option?  My youngest is special needs and no phone is very important and finances minimal, i have had this number and phone alot of years with 2 kids on same account.

Anyone else have thier account terminated due to customer representative error?

Hi, I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this issue with Koodo.I set up a new account with Koodo, porting my number from Rogers. I got the SIM card from a Telus rep and they started the account for me and gave me instructions on how to order a new phone. I followed the instructions, got a call back from a customer service rep, confirmed all of my account information and have them the back story and I wanted to order a new phone. In the process of ordering me a new phone, they said they needed to move my plan to a higher rate plan to get the better deal on the phone. In the process, they opened a second account under my name, which flagged both accounts for fraud and cancelled them both and my phone order which I had paid for. I had no idea until the next morning when I called in because my sim still wasnt working. I did not ask for a second account, nor to cancel the first. This was clearly the reps error and other representatives agreed.Now I am without a cell phone for three -

Black Friday Deals

So there is a Black Friday deal out today for $39 for 50 GB with auto pay.But because I am already a customer I can’t get that deal.My best Deal is $44 for 60GB with auto pay.usually Black Friday has deals that benefit existing customers.I have been with Koodo for 17 years so I am disappointed to say the least.

I have completed the setup but there's no internet! I know there was a tv, used bell before we arrived, but there would be no service as we don't have cable. Does this mean if I don't have cable I can't use this Internet!
