Seasonal Hold Not Working

My partner (XX1853) and I (XX1257) have tried numerous times now to put our Koodoo plans on hold as we are out of country for December 2025, January 2026 and February 2026.

Please do this for us, effective today (11/12/25).

Seasonal Hold must be activated by the account holder through Koodo Self Serve or by scheduling a callback with Koodo reps. Since you and your partner have tried multiple times without success, I can flag a rep to have him place the hold for December to February.

Reps can't call Australian numbers unfortunately. 

Quick check though—what type of plans are these lines on (monthly tab, owned device, prepaid)?

For a monthly tab plan, Seasonal Hold activation cannot be done via Self Serve and requires help from a Koodo rep. Want me to flag a rep?

You can set up Seasonal Hold on your Self-Serve account. On the “Mobile services” page, select Pause my plan temporarily.

Unfortunately we could not find an account based on the log in method you used here. You can log out of the community and when you log back in, use the Self Serve method, as shown in the following image.
