Got a new sim card today for my huawei mediapad 5t I'm currently with koodo but on my uncles tab I'm trying to hook my tablet up as pay as you go I've tried to activate my sim online it tells me to type the 19 digit number on the back on the sim card it says its invalid and its a brand new sim 

Hi there!I am looking for some information. I am working with a homeless client and have found him housing but it is conditional on him maintaining a working phone. Is there a way for me to set him up with a prepaid account but deposit the funds for 6 months so he doesn’t have to make payments? 

I bought a prepaid sim card for $50. I have spent 3 days trying to activate my phone and I keep getting blocked from finishing the top up, because it prompts me to pay again for a plan. Do koodo's sim cards cost $50 all by themselves, with a need to pay more for a plan? Or, is this just a way to force people into subscribing to a full plan instead of wanting to test this provider first?

Two days ago I purchased a 300-minute long-distance talk booster add-on AND a 1 GB data booster add-on.  My Visa card has been charged for both.  The long-distance talk booster is showing but not the data booster. Why? Will the data booster show up later?

I just bought a new prepaid sim card, I go trough the whole process, and after pressing the final Activate button it just says there. I waited more than 10 minutes and nothing happens, nor do I get any emails with my new activated account; I also inserted the sim card into the phone and no service.Is the activation system working? Should I use a different browser than Chrome or Edge?

I purchased a prepaid SIM card in store and also paid for the 2.5 GB plan ($40). When activating my SIM card it is now asking me to pay again for the plan however I have already paid for it in store. I don’t see any options to get around this when registering the SIM card.  Thanks

Hello, I currently have a prepaid account with a single personal phone number that I have been using for years, and now I need to add a second line for business. This line will be inside the same phone with Dual SIM. I recently bought a new prepaid SIM card to add to my existing account, but I’m unable to find where to go to activate an add it to my current account. The only option I have found is ‘’Change SIM card’’, which is obviously not what I need. The picture attached shows there’s a menu to choose the account inside the prepaid self-serve, but it’s only my current account listed there.  Where should I go to add the 2nd line to my current account? I have a monthly plan and also a prepaid plan for my son.  I want to add another prepaid plan for my other son how does it work! I have already bought a prepaid sim card for his phone.Can i have 2 prepaid plan under my same email adress and visa.

I'm looking into buying a phone outright from the manufacturer, and was wondering if Koodo prepaid is an option if I'm bringing my own device. I use almost no data so the prepaid with data boosters is the ideal plan for me, but I wanted to confirm before purchasing the phone that prepaid will be an option, since the Bring Your Own Phone plans are more expensive.Any information would be greatly appreciated!

I am a foreign temp worker in Canada (originally from UK). I am looking for a 3 month sim plan (calls, texts and data) and Koodo seems to have good options on the bring you’re own device. Anyone know if they can be cancelled at anytime without fee?I cannot call Koodo to ask as I am still on my UK plan and it would be a fortune.

I got my son a sim card and he is using an old phone. I decided to just buy him a gig of data hoping he could use it to just text when he is out at the park etc… but koodo doesn’t seem to allow it. I tried what’s app and it doesn’t seem to work either. I just get repeated messages from koodo saying I do not have a texting plan. This doesn’t seem fair

My pre paid plan has around a month left on it so I decided to change my base plan now so I wouldn’t forget. I pressed change base plan and I chose the new one I wanted. I bought it and the pay came out of my back account but it looks like it didn’t actually change my base plan so that’s is automatically takes the money out of my account each month and the old one is still there. I don’t know how to fix it. This is what it says, the  30$ is what I just payed for the new plan and the 35$ is from my old plan and same with the payment due. So I’m  confused! If anyone could help that great! 

 Hello. I want to upgrade my base plan from the $15/month to the $30/month. This plan states that I get 500 MB + 500 MB of data if I sign up for automatic top-up.My question is, in what order to I do these actions? Must I first upgrade the base plan, which would immediately charge me the $30, or do I sign up for automatic top-up first?If the former, I am guessing I would not have the extra 500 MB for the first month at minimum. If the latter, the automatic top-up may or may not work for the first month because it assumes I’m still on the $15/month plan. Anyone have any ideas?

Usually when I go to Europe, I replace my Koodo SIM with an Orange SIM.  Recently however, 2 factor authentication has become required and I have the texts being sent to my Koodo number.  If I buy a Long Distance Booster will I be able to receive thse text messages in France.  What network should I select (Orange, SFR, Bouygues, Free)?

Where can I pay using cash? I bought a phone a few weeks ago and my first pre-paid is coming up on June 4th, however I do not have a credit card. Can I pay directly to the bank, or better said a financial institution?
