This is a re-direct from a previous topic whose title might seem  misleading.

Some customers reported phantom calls to voicemail a few weeks back. Check your usage in self-serve.

 

 

I have a feeling there is something glitchy going on. This is one example:

 

 

I had an incoming message at that time, but only one… yet it’s showing a whole list of them in self serve history. I haven’t noticed anything odd voicemail wise, but I’m using Youmail instead of Koodo’s voicemail.

I thinjy this has been going on for awhile. My American uncle had same issue for long time.

I was checking their usage if they need more talk time or not. And it's always showing calls to voicemail.   I asked him if he actually called to the VM, but he said he never check his VM because he didn't know how to access.

It's almost used half of his minutes of 100min.  But, it was free when I add auto pay. So I didn't make any action.

Add another note. Public Mobile has same issue on my MIL's account.  This can be from network issue?
