Unable to activate prepaid card; stuck on final step

I just bought a new prepaid sim card, I go trough the whole process, and after pressing the final Activate button it just says there. I waited more than 10 minutes and nothing happens, nor do I get any emails with my new activated account; I also inserted the sim card into the phone and no service.

Is the activation system working? Should I use a different browser than Chrome or Edge?
