I want a new postpaid sim with monthly bill of $15 or prepaid sim for my daughter, but on a separate account , not on the same account as myself, so kindly suggest how ?

If it's for your daughter and want to be on separate account, I would go with public Mobil prepaid plan.
They are offering $15 for 100min plus 250mb data with auto-pay. Koodo's $15 prepaid doesn't come with data.
If you ( your daughter) start with prepaid, you don't need to worry about any overage charges. And you can see her usage like. Then Chang plan accordingly.
