Canada-US plan

I plan on travelling to the US for 4 weeks. Easy Roam will be very expensive if I want to use my phone everyday.Does Koodo still offer the Canada-US plan? I can’t find it anywhere on the website. If not, I will have to buy a T-Mobile prepaid plan when I arrive in the US.

I see PM and Freedom are offering $35 - 50gb Plans, and I’m very tempted to switch. Does Koodo have anything similar for existing customers ?

I have 2 phones and when asked to pick my perks after changing the plans i get an error id like to add premium voicmail to both my accounts

Need to end seasonal hold after 1 month of use

Hi! I went on seasonal hold on Oct 1, 2024 but need to switch back to a plan with Koodo at the earliest. Self-serve is not working and redirects me to “you cant choose a perk right now.” Chat function offers a call back which is not possible on a seasonal hold. Can a rep help me? This is a time sensitive matter.

How do I change the Amazon account that is linked to Stream+?

I need to change the Amazon account that is linked to my Stream+ add on. I called Amazon and they said it needs to be done through Koodo. I can't find where to do that in the Self Serve Portal. Do I have to speak to someone at Koodo?

Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Rate Plan Change on Lifetime Offer

 Dear Koodo Customer Support teamI am writing to formally address a recent issue with my Koodo rate plan. Last year, I was contacted by Koodo's winback team with an offer of a $30 plan for lifetime, which included 30 GB of data. This lifetime offer was the reason I switched back to Koodo and agreed to resume services with your company. However, I recently noticed that my rate plan has been changed to $35, which contradicts the agreed lifetime plan I signed up for. This adjustment was made without any prior notification or consent, which I find very concerning, as it goes against the commitment made to me by your team.I kindly request that my plan be restored to the original $30 per month as promised. This change has caused inconvenience, and I hope for a swift resolution to honor the initial agreement. Please look into this matter urgently, and let me know how we can rectify this.Thank you for your assistance and understanding.Sincerely,Jaspreet

Europe Easy Roam Travel Pass

I’m trying to understand how the Europe Easy Roam Travel pass works.Does the 45 day period start on the date of purchase (i.e is that the activation date) or does it start on the first day in a eligible European country?.  Is the pass valid when travelling to different countries within the 30 day period. (i.e. spending a few days in one country and then travelling to another for a few days, and so on). or is it valid only for one country, and normal roaming charges apply if you move to another country?ThanksKeith

Can't remove account add-ons

I’m logged into self-serve, and click on “manage add-ons.” Try to remove International Data Roaming, Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance, or International Voice Roaming.I get an error “Heads up! Please go to koodo.com/chat and enter '#AssistSS' to schedule a callback, and a rep will help you with this.” Can anyone help?

When does new plan take effect?

I want to change to a US/Canada plan for travel next week (no tab) instead of using data roaming.  How soon does the new plan take effect? I want to use my phone in the US as I do in Canada (not having to turn on Airplane Mode and rely on wifi).

So I have three phones on my plan,  My Wife, Son and Myself  if i Order Stream+ we all live in same household, can we all watch Disney+ Netflix etc or would i need to order Stream+ for each and every one of us.  Can three people in same household all watch it,  three different compputers or TV’s thanks

Europe Easy Roam Travel Pass Question

Hi All….I believe I have added the 30 day package on my account for a med trip.  Everything I read (after adding the add on lol), says “the 30 plan will activate once you are roaming in ONE of the included countries”.  My question is - can i move between multiple countries with this plan or is it only valid for one country?  If it’s country to country in all of Europe that’s a great plan - if it’s restricted to only one country, not so much!  Thanks.

Koodo Stream+ - How do I access Telus TV+ app?

Howdy folks Currently subscribed to Stream+ basic with Koodo Was able to activate Netflix/Amazon/Disney and been happily using it for a few months. Decided to finally check out the Telus films and series? I tried to download the Telus TV+ app and saw whats offered so am interested in using it. Tried to login using my Koodo credentials but keep on getting an error and cant login. Few questions With the Koodo Stream+ do we get access to the Telus TV+ app? If so do I need to activate the service? As I dont recall seeing an activation email. Any help would be much appreciated

Text messaging not listed in new plans?

My current plan lists unlimited SMS & MMS and also Text Messaging Services as features. I want to upgrade to a plan with more data but it doesn't show these features, nor are they add-on options, are they automatically there? This will be a prepaid plan. Thanks.

Add Discovery+ ad free to Stream + Koodo Mobility subscription

I subscribe to the original Stream + plan that has Netflix, Discovery+ with ads, and Apple TV. While ordering an new phone I seen Discovery + Ad Free is not available but it will not let me add it to my subscription as an update. Requested 3 call backs, 2 I could not understand or hear because of dogs barking and kids playing in the background. They told me I could add it only as a separate account in addition to my subscription and was not able to remove my original discovery with ads. Makes no sense, I just want to change my existing Discovery I pay for with the Ad Free update and pay any additional cost.Also, I hate call centers that have no idea how to assist
