I can’t add an eSIM (old Iphone X) so I am hoping to use Koodo Easy Roam, Roaming until I get into a store to buy a local SIM. Has anyone used Koodo Roaming in CR and were you able to get a Network - at least in major cities like San Jose ?

It should work in Puerto Rico as an eligible U.S. destination. There are also some eligible Caribbean destinations, which you can get with the 7-day Caribbean/Mexico Easy Roam Travel Pass.

You are correct. No Koodo Travel pass covers Costa Rica
