I want to get the 7 day travel pass for when I am in the Caribbean. I need to make sure my phone number is set up for this? I also want to ensure I will Not be charged for easy roam as well as travel pass? How do I ensure I’m only charged for travel pass? Do I have to change anything in my settings to ensure I don’t have additional charges.? Can I text and make calls with the travel pass. Thank you

Hi
After adding the Caribbean travel pass, you will be charged the cost of it once you start using the services in one of the eligible countries included in the pass. This means you won’t be charged further roaming charges during the 7 days.
If you continue using the services after the 7 days period, then you will be charged the applicable roaming charges.
Please note that the travel pass covers calls between Canada and the country you roam in. If you call countries other than Canada and the country you currently roam in, the applicable pay per use charges apply.
You currently have the roaming services provisioned to your line.
Yes, you can use your Canadian plan while abroad, which includes minutes, data and texts.
