I am having a problem with tab plans since it only shows tab mid and the full price for the device. Last week I can still see the plans and when I decided to upgrade my phone, the tab plans are not showing when I log in my Koodo account.

Hi there,
so the tab options that are available are based on your standing with the company, such as a good record of paying your bills etc, and your credit class. If you have good credit but are poor at paying your bill on time, you won’t be applicable for tab plus. Similarly, if you pay your bills but have poor credit, then the same applies.
If you continuously pay your bill on time for the next few months, you can keep checking back to see if you’re able for tab plus. 🙂👍
