I can see how much it will cost for me to send a text from Thailand, but what will it cost to receive a text? Is there a charge for that?
I’m going to get an eSIM for data but I want to be sure I can still receive text at a reasonable rate for 2FA etc.
I’m on a monthly plan.

Hi there,
All incoming texts are free as long as it doesn't require data to receive the text message. So regular SMS would be fine, however, things like MMS (pictures videos etc) would cause you to be charged as it requires data.
