For some web services that use two-factor authentication, I do not receive text messages so cannot be authenticated. I enter my username and password, then I enter my telephone number for the site to send me a text message with the code; I never receive the message. This is very inconvenient as many sites now use two-factor authentication and some do not have the ability to send the code to an email address.
When I try to turn on WiFi calling in my Pixel 7 Pro, it tries for a few minutes, then says to contact my carrier to activate it. I did get ahold of a rep, but none of their suggestions worked. Any ideas is greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Chris
Unfortunately I was pickpocketed last night and lost my Canadian Koodo phone. I have a separate cell with a Mexican #. I cannot book a call back on the chat box as it wont recognize my Mexican #. I am at a loss on how to proceed. I see from a similar post 3 weeks ago Koodo replied that they would have tech support call them to arrange for call forwarding. I want to arrange call forwarding for my Canadian # to my Mexican # as I cannot get a Koodo SIM card in Mexico and am here for another 2 weeks. Also, as there is no email contact option for Koodo this is the only way I can reach Koodo (as I cannot book a call back). Can someone from Koodo help me? My email for my account is active and I can be reached there real time. Through there I will provide my Mexican # for a rep to call me, or I can also call a Canadian # provided to me. Unfortunately, Mexico doesn’t allow for outbound calls to 1800 or 1888 numbers so will have to be a standard Canadian #, but am happy to work through email as
I’m trying to buy a new phone and upgrade to the promo plan for $50 per month for 40 gb but when i go to check out, there is a message saying “Whoops! Something went wrong!”. I’ve called customer service (there isn’t one anymore) and the virtual assistant can’t help and says that they’re too busy to get me an agent. Apparently they’re closed now. Has anyone else had this issue? I’m just trying to figure out how I can fix it and check out already before this phone sells out!! (All the other ones I’ve tried are out of stock and this is the last available that I am interested in). Thanks!
Order #HFO34826433, ordered a new phone because mine’s on the fritz and I didn’t receive a confirmation email… The charge is pending on my credit card, so when I try to look it up using the online lookup tool it gives me this error:“Oops..Order number or email you entered does not match our records. Please try again.Note: Orders 30 days prior to today won't be shown here.” The email associated with my account is the same one I’ve been using for years, any ideas?
Returns & Exchanges:If you aren't happy with your new phone, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. To do so, email us to request a return or exchange, and we'll provide further instructions. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Regarding Koodo’s web purchase Returns and Exchanges policy above … Does "within 30 days of purchase date" mean that they have to receive the email refund request within 30 days or does it mean that they have to receive the actual phone within 30 days? What email address do I use for the email refund request? (re their statement of "email us to request a return or exchange") This one? koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com?Regards!
Is there a way for me to check the current stock of a phone at a Koodo location? I would like to purchase the iPhone 13 in person rather than wait 2 weeks for it to be shipped. However, I'm over an hour away from the nearest Koodo store and would like to ensure they have said phone in stock. I tried calling but they do not answer. Any help is appreciated!
There must be an easier way. What am.i doing wrong? My phone is 14 months old so I still have 10 months left... But what do people do when their phones break? Screen completely turned black, only tiny flickers of green lines after I dropped it the other night
Ok call me old school but all my phones have used physical sim cards. I go to order an iPhone 14 and noticed that it uses something called an Esim? (Nano SIM (eSIM + Physical SIM) WTH? So … how does that even work? I’m coming from a iPhone 12 which has a sim so what to do when I get my 14?Thanks so much!
Hello,I just ordered a new phone. I can't add my buzzer number to my main Koodo address. Koodo help page says that I can add shipping instructions to add a buzzer number. At what stage of the order can I do this? Where and how do I do this?Thank you in advance for any assistance.
All apps using location services identify me as a person residing in Calgary and/or Alberta. Even Koodo themselves, always start my access to their internet homepage services as an Alberta customer. However, l have always been a Saskatchewan / Saskatoon resident with a 306 area code.Am I being hacked? Do I need to worry? How do i get rid of this irritation. I'm tired of having to search twice for everything.
So last night I noticed that a couple of my notes on my Iphone 12 just “disappeared” … yup gone. Not in my deleted folder or ANY other folder form that matter. Checked Icloud … gone there as well. Tried to do some trouble shooting and one suggestion was to update to the latest iOS which I did (16.2) and guess what … I then lost ALL but 10 of my original 126 notes. To say that I’m in a bit of a panic is an understatement cause for me this is THE MOST important usage of on my phone. Without my notes I’m clueless as to what’s going on … so how can I get them back please!!!!!
HiI've recently moved to Koodo and need wifi calling enabled when I work from my basement. It was working before with other network on same phone. On my s21 when I try to enable wifi calling always get an error that my number is not found. My koodo self serve account is with same email. Please help. I've month to month plan with my own device.
I am a Rogers customer who has recently bought into Koodo during the black friday sale. I received a sim card shortly afterwards in the mail and I registered in the Koodo self serve successfully. However when I attempt the number porting process via koodomobile.com/changenumber, I always receive “error wrong account number” despite my information being accurate. (I’ve confirmed my account number is correct in both my bill and online account with Rogers). I’ve also tried with entering in the IMEI and also got that the account number is wrong?I called the Koodo porting center today at +1-844-232-7678 but the automated service was useless for helping me.After 3 days of trying different things I still can’t use my Koodo sim card and cannot cancel my Rogers account until the port is completed. And to top things, I’ve already been sent a bill by Koodo for this month…How do I get this issue resolved?
Hi there, I was wondering if there is a safety mode that can be activated by Koodo on a phone. The whole purpose is that the phone cannot be used except for making calls or receiving call. No apps can be used and wifi cannot be used also. It goes to be just using a phone. The person that told me I could do this says that this feature is available on R and B but I am hoping that Koodo will be able to assist with this. Thanks so much...Dave
I am in nl Canada my husband works in Spain, I added him to Easy Roam international from nl Canada, how do he activate it from Spain
Can I receive texts at no charge if I turn “Data Roaming” off ?Leave Wifi On?Leave Flight mode Off?Do not answer any phone calls?Easy roam is too expensive for me @ $11 /day and $240 / month + tax so I will not use it.My bank sends me a text to verify when I log into and need to get the text.Any advice, TIA.
Do I need to contact a Rep or is there a way to do it through self serve?Actually the phone can make calls and data works so what is the importance of getting and entering this code? P.S. The phone was a refurbished so it most likely had a Sim card in it before.
refer a friend credit not apply yet 3 month already
Looking for some advice. Have already been in twice to Telus (who I suppose fixes/diagnoses/replaces CPO phones for koodo) this past 11 months. First two times with screen separating issues. The quality of phone call on the XS has been bad, to say the least the entire time, but it’s got to a point where I am sure it is and has always been a microphone issue. I had heard somewhere that Koodo would have to do something extreme like, maybe remove the phone from our tab/tab bonus if it needed to go in. a third time and it was deemed faulty? Any advice or ideas on this? Thanks as always.Kurt
I purchased a new iphone11 online from Koodo. It keeps giving me a error message that iMessage didn’t activate. If I go to Koodo store where I live will they help me or tell me to call Koodo for assistance.
Hello… Curious if anyone has ever try transferring their service plan with Koodo from sim to Esim? How did it go?
Never bought a used, refurbished or pre owned phone before but I’m being tempted by the prices. ;) However having lived by the rule of “you get what you pay for” and “buy cheap buy twice” I’m understandably cautious. So … What’s the REAL story on these “Certified Pre Owned” phones? Are they worth taking a risk on? What’s the battery health on these phones?
Trying to get a question answer and I get this Typeform pop up, what’s that all about
Upgrading phones from iPhone XR to iPhone 14 Plus. Can I transfer my SIM to an eSIM and keep the same number?
