Order #HFO34826433, ordered a new phone because mine’s on the fritz and I didn’t receive a confirmation email… The charge is pending on my credit card, so when I try to look it up using the online lookup tool it gives me this error:

“Oops..
Order number or email you entered does not match our records. Please try again.

Note: Orders 30 days prior to today won't be shown here.”

 

The email associated with my account is the same one I’ve been using for years, any ideas?

When did you order the phone?

Have you checked the spam/junk folder(s) for the confirmation email?
