When I try to turn on WiFi calling in my Pixel 7 Pro, it tries for a few minutes, then says to contact my carrier to activate it. I did get ahold of a rep, but none of their suggestions worked. Any ideas is greatly appreciated.

I assumed you had the “volte access” addon in your selfserve. Which plan are you on now by the way?

When you had assistance of a rep, which troubleshooting steps did they ask you to do?


Thanks for your contributions. I can't see a volte access add-on. I'm assuming it's on. 

I'm on a monthly 20gb data plan. 

They had me try to turn on WiFi calling with and without my data on, then without my wifi on. Then suggested it was Google who had to make the change.
