wifi calling on Samsung S21

Hi

I've recently moved to Koodo and need wifi calling enabled when I work from my basement. 

It was working before with other network on same phone.

On my s21 when I try to enable wifi calling always get an error that my number is not found. 

My koodo self serve account is with same email. Please help. I've month to month plan with my own device.

Can you check your selfserve, plan and addon to see if you have the “volte access” addon in your selfserve? You would need it to enable wifi calling

I dont see this as an option in addon in self-serve neither in Perks.

Thanks. I assume, it would be a free addon? I don't wanna pay for service that's available for free with all other Canadian network!

VoLTE is a free add on indeed, we have just added it to your account, feel free to enable the wifi calling in the phone settings.

Thanks and I can see this addon now however after  phone restart a couple of times still get an error when I give my phone number. I get an error "the number entered does not match our records". I ported my number to koodo obviously!

Something is off somewhere. I work from my house basement and badly need this. 

Still have offer from my prior company to come back :)

Should I start thinking that or if it's too early?

This wifi calling not there is a deal breaker for me and is impacting my work.

If you try to reset the network settings, and try enabling wifi calling, does that make any difference?

Ok I reset network settings and tried again. 

Enabled wifi, I see a screen from koodo to enter my number so a code is sent to verify

 I enter my mobile number and get this response:

The number entered doesn't match our records. Please re-enter your number.

How this could be on my phone's end?

Rep never called back no solution here either I'm stuck!!!

Kind of getting annoyed with Koodo already now.

If there's a rescue to this before I move back to my old service????

A live rep with tech support was able to resolve the issue and I'm able to setup wifi calling now!! Yayyyy
