I just purchased the Sonim XP3 plus 5g through Koodo. The phone was delivered 2 days ago. I took the Koodo sim from my iPhone 15pro and put it into the Sonim. We live rurally with no cell service, wifi calling is all we use at the house.When I go to toggle on the wifi calling where it says "off” it just bumps me back to the settings menu and doesn't change anything. I've tried this while connected to wifi and lte at the same time. Didn't work, went into the local Telus/koodo store today and she couldn't figure it out. She told me to call Koodo. After an hour on the phone I was told the Sonim XP3 plus 5g phone does not support wifi calling? Surely the agent was mistaken. I'd rather not send in this brand new phone if I've been ill advised. Can someone please advise whether this phone should support wifi calling? It does on other networks and the option is in the settings menu. Thanks for any help.  

I am thinking of upgrading from the samsung s22 ultra to one of the upcoming s26 phones. But I do have questions.  Right now I have a physical Sim card In my phone, do I have to switch to an e Sim card, or can I stick with the physical Sim card? I prefer the physical card if possible.  If I pre order from koodo,  can I just take my Sim card out of my current phin, put it in the new phone and transfer everything over and I'm good to go, koodo will automatically know new phone is active? I assume my phone number will be the same, regardless of e Sim or physical Sim card.  What are the differences between the the 3 new phone types? Thanks in advance 

I still had my old address, on the account, without realizing it. The delivery was canceled when they tried to drop it off. I've since updated my account but now need to know how to get my phone. Thank you.

Hello I have a capital one credit card secured and I would like to have a new plan as a new customer and also a new device iphone 17npro max but I was wondering if your system accept capital one credit card because when I want to apply but doesn't want tk affect my credit score by applying and after when they ask for credit and i try using my capital one is wont work to purchase phone and Sim card 

I recently purchased a phone from Koodo using tab. I went to self-serve and clicked on tab to see if I can find my invoice. All I can see is a monthly summary of what was paid in the balance but no invoice or receipt for the purchase of the phone. I am assuming that I didn't purchase a phone and Telys just the Financial agreement. Thank youJohn

I subscribed to Stream+ Premium and was able to set up Netflix and Prime but the activation link for Disney+ seems to be broken I just keep getting an error that says the activation page is unavilable and it redirects me to sign up and pay for Disney+ Anyone else have this issue and how do I fix it?

I am trying to make a long distance call from Canada to the Phillipines (I know it will be expensive).    When I dial, I keep getting a message that the call cannot be completed as dialed.  The number I am trying to dial is 63 2 8886 4674 (it’s a government number).   I have tried dialing it two different ways011 63 2 8886 4674+63 2 8886 4674Am I missing something?, like maybe a 1 or something.  The above is per A.I.I so have the International Long Distance Addon.

I got an email from Koodo regarding improve security and talking about enabling MFA or 2FA, but Koodo doesn’t allow to enable that setting, at least for me I don’t have the option.

Just purchased a replacement IPhone14 for my daughter. Transferred the SIM to the new IPhone 14. The cellular settings shows my daughter’s phone number, and shows the correct apn address, but it does not connect to the cellular network. Why? How do I fix this? 

Hi there,Just wanted to start the topic of conversation in regards to a newer iphone 16e that I got in April 2025. Today I noticed it went down the 10% battery. I went to go charge it, plugged it in and it looked like it was charging with the little lightening bolt. Very soon it went down to 5% then 2% and now won’t turn on or charge. I tried different charging cords, blocks, outlets, wireless charging but nothing. I contacted apple support and set up an appointment to bring it in to an apple store to have them assess and fix or get a replacement. I was just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and what the end result was. The phone is covered under the manufacturer warranty so apple support said there would be no cost if it is determined to be an issue with the phone due to it being faulty. I still owe koodo for the phone since I gave a down payment and pay on my tab once a month for it. Once its fixed or I get a replacement I would love to just send it back and just switch bac

Hello everyone, I am away from any towns at work in a forest. I have cell boosters around me and I have four bars of cell service on my phone. I have enabled wi-fi calling. But I can’t get any calls or call anybody. I have strong wi-fi at my location. I was not able to call through regular calling at all since I came here. How can I enable wi-fi calling if I have no service from koodo?Thank you in advance!

Is the streaming set - netflix, Disney and prime ad supported?  It won't cast to my tv? I get the plan was basic with ads, but I was under the impression I could still cast it?Thanks

I recently upgraded to the s25 ultra. I notice the phone is only lasting a day. 100 percent in the morning, down to 23 percent in the evening. Is this normal? I find my old samsung to have a comparable battery. I expected a longer life.

I just upgraded my iphone to a newer iphone and have existing Koodo service but I keep getting an error message saying “cannot transfer phone number, try again later”.  

Koodo Tech helped with part 1.  Part 2 they said was not a Koodo problem, but I figured out a work-aroundPart 1:  We live on a large rural property that has very spotty cell service of only 1 bar at most.  We have a garden and sugar shack area that gets decent wifi but is still a couple minutes walk from the house.  We were using wifi calling and texts to communicate between that area and the house, but calls often wouldn’t go through, although texts would.The solution for this was to enable Airplane Mode when we are home on the property, which forces the calls to use the wifi.  This has worked beautifully.  Thank you to the Koodo Tech working out of Rimouski who explained the issue and helped with the solution.Part 2:  Although we always had wifi calling enabled, it would sporadically just stop working altogether.  Texts for 2-Factor authentification services would suddenly stop being delivered, for example.I *finally* figured out that the issue would arise when we would leave home an
