Based on this post, the phone seems to be compatible with the Koodo network. VoLTE is working and there are no major issues with any particular carrier other than Rogers and Fido.
+4Make sure you read all comments in that Reddit post. 3 month ago, a user reported volte didn’t work on Koodo network there.
A Koodo customer, opinions are my own.
Currently Koodo does not officially support VoLTE for devices outside of their list, however that can change at any moment or not at all.
Telus’s phase 1 of 3G shutdown starts in Manitoba at the end of the year and as 3G gets sunset country wide, I assume VoLTE support will widen overtime
