Is the streaming set - netflix, Disney and prime ad supported? It won't cast to my tv? I get the plan was basic with ads, but I was under the impression I could still cast it?

Thanks, I also went looking- was hoping I was wrong - Disney still casts- but not Netflix - and a $20 difference for the plan without ads- which I didn't care about ads- but casting is important. Thanks for your searching!!
I have Stream+ basic as well. I remember when I was activating my Netflix, it gave me an option to upgrade for a few bucks more (less than $20)
