I just bought a CPO Iphone 15 and from my understanding from the description it says they function like new. one of the first things I did when I got the phone was check the battery health and it is 85% and has been cycled 347 times with a first use in Dec 2023. Is this normal that the batteries arent replaced? The phones works fine just curious if this is normal or if the battery shouldve been replaced during the refurb process

Unfortunately yes, this is common with Koodo CPO devices, batteries are not typically replaced during refurbishment unless they fall below a certain threshold.
Apple's standard allows batteries down to 80% health. At 85% with 347 cycles you still have decent capacity, though you may notice slightly shorter battery life vs. a brand new phone. If it becomes a concern, Apple offers battery replacements at any Apple Store or authorized service provider or you can contact Koodo warranty directly if it is under 1 year warranty period
