Hello everyone,
I am away from any towns at work in a forest. I have cell boosters around me and I have four bars of cell service on my phone. I have enabled wi-fi calling. But I can’t get any calls or call anybody. I have strong wi-fi at my location. I was not able to call through regular calling at all since I came here. How can I enable wi-fi calling if I have no service from koodo?

If you are getting enough signal but the calls don’t work, this could happen when the phone is not supported for VoLTE on the Koodo network: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/volte
You can check the device compatibility here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/phone-compatibility
If the phone is not on the VoLTE supported list, then this is why the calls may not work properly.
