In your device settings, have you tried clearing the app data and cache for RCS chat? Try this and restart the device, it can sometimes fix the issue. It is a common problem with the app when a different number is used from what it had before.

Which device are you currently using? Did you recently port over to Koodo? Have you restarted your phone after the port transfer?
