Hello, trying to add a line to an account I already have. Also, I have the physical SIM sitting in front of me when I try to add, trying to add a line to an account I already have. Also I have the physical SIM sitting in front of me when I try to add a new account there’s no option to use a physical SIM that I currently

Is there any way to activate the inactive card?

You can do it instore (activation fee might apply) or activate with an esim then switch to physical sim

No, Koodo doesn't allow using an existing sim to activate a new line, unfortunately. They will ship a physical sim to you.

If your phone is e-sim compatible, you can try to activate an esim with the new line. Your phone can use the new plan right away.

It’s a new SIM card that has never been used or activated. Would it be possible to activate it on a new line?

No, unfortunately, I should have made it clearer in the first post that you can't use inactive physical SIM to activate new plan online.

It is mainly used as a replacement SIM card, which you can use if you lose your current SIM card.

If you want to add a new line, Koodo will provide a new SIM card for activation and it will be sent to you in the mail. You can replace it with the unused SIM card to get a few more days, but it will not make a huge difference in the end. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-sim-support

I added another line to my account for my daughter last night but it is not showing up  

After placing the order, it is manually reviewed and processed by a rep within a day or two, and then the sim card gets shipped out. It won’t show on the account until it has been processed by the online team.
