Does this router allow you to access it’s settings? I would like to change the admin/wifi passwords and set up a guest mode network. Is that possible with this router?

Both things should be possible. You can access the settings by going to the IP address 192.168.1.254 You can follow the instructions provided in the links below to change the password and create a guest network respectively.
