does koodo have any phones with gps built in????????????????????????????????
I don’t have the privilege of visiting any shop for physical verification due to where I reside. So I ordered S22 online. But frankly, the ad I watched showed that Gal S22 has stylus pen. I came to love the S pen so much having used the Note 5 for so long. It’s a very handy way to scribble quick notes for reference. The previous ads ( videos) I watched or read and the pictures seemed to suggest the S22 has the S Pen but I am at a loss now. The online phone I ordered got delivered and my joy is kind of short lived:1. the S22 phone is too small than I envisaged (the Note 5 size is really preferable) and then2., no stylus pen Am I the only one with the wrong notion or understanding that the S22 come with Stylus pen?Did the tech writers ( marketers) hoodwink us ?What am I to do at this point now? Can I return the phone due to the deception?Quite confused at the moment.
Hello Community,I am changing my phone Galaxy Note 5 for S22. Truth is the Note 5 has worked for me perfectly fine for about 7 years now but since it is built with 3G technology, I cannot install some apps at the moment. I went for S22 and about to change but will still keep my Note 5 handy 😍 So my issue is, after registering the S22 with my current SIM, assuming I want to reuse the Note 5, would that be possible?Any opinion is welcome. And thanks in advance for your help.
My Google pixel 3a settings are indicating VoLTE and ‘preferred network type’ as LTE. (My understanding is LTE is a variation of 4G.) AND the phone works fine. Separately Koodo on June 28 sent me a text msg: “our US partners will no longer support 3G mobile devices. You’re currently using a 3G phone that connects to 3G networks. To stay connected in the US you need to replace your phone with a 4G or 5G capable phone. Could someone pls reconcile the conflict: LTE is working fine and ‘need to replace your phone’. Thank you, Bob.
Hi everyone, So, yesterday I met a long lost family friend on the subway and got her number. I was super excited because we lost touch for a long time. Without thinking I called the number to save it while I was going out of the subway, The call failed since I didn’t have signal and I lost the number! I’m really devastated because I really need that number. Thus, do you know if failed calls also get recorded in Koodo’s database? Thank you.
I have an Iphone 12. When I get calls from my contacts the phone rings. If it’s an 800 or 866 number, there is no ring and it goes straight to voicemail. I don’t have do not disturb on and silence unknown calls is off. Anyone else had this problem. Is Koodo down?
In the past week all of the sudden there are some large data uses on my phone. I normally wouldn't even check but got the notification that I've somehow used 50% of my data after nine days. Nothing has changed, no new apps. Numerous 100mb, some 300mb and even a 500mb block at a time when I was driving to work so wasn't even on my phone. What the heck is going on?
i just upgraded my plan last night to include 20GB data, under my account my current plan shows $65/month and the 20GB i was expecting yet when i check my usage, it’s showing me i’ve used 1 out of 2 GB (my old plan) up under current billing cycle which ends tomorrow on the 6th of July… can anyone explain the discrepancy between my current plan and the useage sections on my account??
I can’t make phone calls right now, how do I cancel through just email or something?
Hi there! My work has setup that my extension from the business number is redirected to my cell number. If I’m available to pick up, the call goes through no problem, if I don’t pick up it won’t go to my cell voicemail. They are using a Rogers Unison system and I am on Koodo. Any thoughts? I’m not even sure how to ask the question! Thank you!Miranda
My data disappeared this morning and I can’t understand what happened. I received a text this morning that I’d used 50% of my data for the month. My billing cycle rolls over on July 16 so this is quite early for me to get this notification as I have 12GB of data and only use about half of it per billing cycle. About 20 minutes later, I received another next saying that I have used 90% of my data. Two minutes after that, I received a third text saying I’ve used all of my data and my data was now shut off. I was working when I received these texts and sending a few messages via facebook messenger; there’s no way I used up 6GB of data in this time frame. I’ve tried reaching out to koodo assist and I’ve tried calling the number but I’ve gotten no responses. I don’t want to pay extra for data unless I actually used that much data this month. I don’t use data to stream anything and I’m connected to wifi most of the time.

Does Koodo have plans to offer watch plan since competitor Virgin has started offering one? I have an Apple Watch and would gladly switch if it’s offered.
I'm waiting for my new phone it's being delivered by UPS and all of the sudden now the tracking says this. Does anyone know what this means?
My Cell is with Koodo, but I also have a landline with Telus. I used to be able to call my cell from the landline when I couldn’t find my phone. (I live by myself) But now it goes straight to voicemail on cell, doesn’t even ring. I spent some time with Telus tech support and both phones are in working order. Telus says the problem is with the cell. So after spending 40 mins on hold ( unable to stay on hold at the time) the tech I was talking to said that the phone needs to be reset and he was going to put me on hold with a different tech, who could reset the phone. So I am wondering if there is a simple solution or get another call back from Koodo? Thanks,Wendylea
Hi - I got a text saying my phone (Samsung Note 9) will not work with US partners after July 1st. This phone is 4G / LTE so why did I receive this text?
can i use an eSim voucher on an iphone7
So I made a mistake of adding roaming boosters on my prepaid account and then found out that I couldn’t even use it since it’s only available in Canada and USA (only found out when I got to my destination), so now I don’t really know what options I have for either converting to postpaid or something since I need my number to be able to do my online banking since they don’t send 2FA on like an email or an app authenticator p.s. it’ll be awhile before I get back into Canada
I recently started volunteering at a crisis line. During out shifts calls are forwarded to our phone numbers via a private line. Callers call a public number, select 1 to access the crisis line, and then are patched through to us. However when I am on call the calls are blocked - it says "Sorry the line is busy" even though I'm not on the phone on my end. How can I solve this problem?
I have been a Kudo customer for at least 6 years I'm upgrading my phone and it says order being reviewed what does this mean and why
Sent a text to a buddy who is overseas, and was wondering if he will receive it. I’ve read that it will be deleted if it can’t make it to the intended receiver after 24h 48h or even 72h is this true?
I am trying to activate koodo sim card call barring features on my Samsung phone. It is asking for password and nothing works. I tried no password, 1111,0000,1234,5678 and many others. Do you have any idea what is koodo mobile default call barring password? I never use it before, I never set or changed sim card pins.
Help, my sim card just stopped working. It says its not in my google pixel which I have had for awhile now. Sim card reads in my old phone no problem. Doesn’t need to be updated, have reset the phone many times, no calls in or out. What can I do?
Hi, I’m travelling through Europe and have no coverage at all “no service”. Previously when I travelled I’d always get messages ‘Welcome to Country. The name of the carrier (e.g. T-Mobile) and the rates’ and could use the phone as is. This time when arriving to Germany nothing, transferring to Spain, nothing. The only difference is that previously I had Samsung and now Apple 12 - same sim card. I did all the IPhone troubleshooting (restarting, replacing simcard, resetting network settings but nothing works. It possible that it’s blocked by Koodo but I have no way of contacting them as they only way I was able to get to is a call-back which isn’t an option since I have no coverage.I have wifi and whatsapp. How can I get in touch with a Koodo rep? PS. the airplane mode is also disabled Thanks!
I found the opt out mailing list form, https://koodo.jumptxt.com/opt-out/koodo/index.xhtml?lang=en however, I wish to be added to the text mailing list for offers and deals. Can’t find any form to input my phone number
