Hi! Just moved into a new building and we need to get our cell phone hooked up to the building’s callbox. Strata manager is saying someone from ur service provider needs to come out to do this...does Koodo have someone to do this or can we just do it ourselves if we can get access to the room? Thank in advance! 

I'm using a local SIM for calls and data here in Europe. However using my Scotiabank Visa card online requires 2FA to my CDN number and I can't change it. Can I use my CDN/Koodo Sim just to receive the code without incurring charges? I have unlimited SMS both foreign and domestic. I do not want Easy Roam and will turn off data to prevent leakage.

My Samsung galaxy A50 is really acting up, been told can not be fixed. If my mom buys me a new phone the Samsung galaxy A53 with her airmiles can I transfer my file over? I do not want to lose my account or phone number. I have health issues and need my drs to be able to reach me.

I am ordering (upgrading) to a new phone on line. When I get the SIM is already active? If not how do I activate it?

I need to get a new phone as my iPhone XR is broken and I still owe $240 on the tab. I wanted a iPhone 12 but you want $186 down and I can’t afford to pay the tab plus the amount for the new phone. So being a loyal customer with 3 phones in my account I was wondering if you would waver my tab on my XR to allow me to get a new phone or will I have to switch companies which I don’t want to do. Ever since I paid off my tab my reception has gone downhill. I don't even get service in my house ....

Koodo assist and call back are useless. How can I speak to an actual person for support without having to go through these frustrating and useless avenues? 

Outgoing call not working while roaming outside of Canada (easy roam).I am India and easy roam activated.receiving incoming calls and outgoing call is not working. Getting message saying outgoing call from this number is not allowed.

I received the attached email from Koodo shortly after we crossed from Canada to USA. This is my phone.   I have Easy Roam. I activated it from Canada on March 22.  I don’t know whether something is broken or whether I’ve lost Easy Roam. My statement for the period ending April 9 shows two days of usage at $11 each which is accurate. I thought I’d continue to pay $11 per day of use.  This message contradicts this. What is the true charge? Also, the originator of the message doesn’t seem to know who I am, or the fact that I do have Easy Roam. Very impersonal!Thanks,Gil 

when I am in the USA, and I have Easy Roam USA on my phone.  I am supposed to receive unlimited texts.  When I get some texts they are labeled on the side MMS and the text box says No Subject, Message size: 1KB and an expiry date.  Why do these messages not come through so that I can read them?  I only get some messages in USA, because I can’t open them I have no idea what they are.   I get all message no problem when I am in Canada.  thanks 

I got a text from 1(999)999-9999 saying they were returning an “overcharge” amount. Is this a legit refund, or a scam?

I have a friend who was a Koodo customer for years but is no longer.  He wants to unlock his old Koodo phone but Koodo doesn’t seem to call back when requesting a call back as the number is not registered to Koodo.  The phone was purchased from Koodo.  Any way to contact them?

 I have a dual sim card phone and have a Koodo sim card for regular use while in Canada.  I also purchased a Mint sim card to use while visiting my daughter in the US several times a year.  I have had to turn my Koodo CDN sim card right off in order to not be charged $15.00 per day for roaming. I had already ensured that my US sim card was marked as the default and ensured that my roaming option on my phone was turned off.   Koodo seems unable to live with that and is insistent that if I'm in the US, their Sim card will take precedence.  Any suggestions?

Hello, I have recently moved to the UK - got a new UK plan - thus, I’d like to cancel my Koodo plan. There is no information online how to cancel my plan. Is there a generic 1-800 to call? 

My wifi calling keeps turning off every time I get out of range of my wifi.  When I get back in range, I have to turn it back on and get a new access code every time.  Very frustrating. I’m using a Samsung A5

I received a call from 866 448 8030. The caller id says it was from Koodo Mobile. The caller stated I was eligible for a tablet offer (Samsung Galaxy) but she wanted my Koodo Pin that I use to access my account. When I said I wasn’t comfortable giving that she asked for the last digits of my SIN. Not a chance.So my question is, was this a legit call with a legit offer?

We had an Amber Alert issued but it has now been canceled.   How do I turn this off on my phone LG31?   The Alert Just keeps coming and coming and the Siren goes off...Have Turned the phone on and off - nothingPlease HELP how do I Cancel this - VERY annoying!Thanks

I live about 10 km from the US border and my phone often sends me notice im on US towers and using easyroam . I dont want this . I have turned off roaming and my network is set to koodo but its still doing it . Is there something else i can try ? Thanks 

This morning I received a notification at 7:11 am that I had used 50% of my data. Six minutes later I received back to back notifications that I had used 90% and 100% of my data. When I logged into my account to see what was going on  it showed that I had somehow used 1763 MB of data. My normal daily usage is around 5MB but can go up to 30MB when I’m out and about. I never use my phone for streaming movies or music. Seeing as all I had done up to that point was check my email, news app and answer 1 text how is it possible to have used that much data in so short a time? 

Hi,I received a callback from Suzana from Romania (I assume that’s how her name is spelt, apologies if I made a mistake) at 6pm ET and she stayed with me on the line for more than an hour and a half, answering all of the questions I had with a lot of knowledge and patience. She mentioned that I would be given a survey after the call but I have not received any texts yet, so I am worried it might have been directly after the call and I unknowingly hung up.. So I wanted to post my appreciation for her here, I saw someone else posted a similar thing a while back. Hopefully this reaches her. I wanted to acknowledge not only the friendly professionalism she maintained throughout our phone call, but the consideration and care she had for my problems. She is probably the most knowledgeable customer rep I’ve dealt with and I’ve dealt with a lot.
