I have a friend who was a Koodo customer for years but is no longer. He wants to unlock his old Koodo phone but Koodo doesn’t seem to call back when requesting a call back as the number is not registered to Koodo. The phone was purchased from Koodo. Any way to contact them?

Just sent koodo a private message via Facebook or Twitter with the IMEI number

+4I have previously been able to get carrier unlock codes for Koodo devices (ie their wireless home phone ZTE device) just using the chat function on the koodo site, and asking for the unlock code and providing the IMEI of the device:
