Hello, can you please let me know whether Koodo can get the conversation on phone from a specific day. I need that recording conversation between me and someone as a proof.

    @Thi Thuy An Tran No. Not possible.  Voice conversations over the phone between private individual are never recorded or kept in any shape or form.
