I need to get a new phone as my iPhone XR is broken and I still owe $240 on the tab. I wanted a iPhone 12 but you want $186 down and I can’t afford to pay the tab plus the amount for the new phone. So being a loyal customer with 3 phones in my account I was wondering if you would waver my tab on my XR to allow me to get a new phone or will I have to switch companies which I don’t want to do. Let me know what you can do for me please. Thanks 

If you can't afford to get a iPhone 12, then there is a iPhone 11 available too.

Even if you leave koodo, you will still need to pay your outstanding tab and other carriers have a similar downpayment amount (Fido, Koodo, and Virgin)
