That would be nothing the service provider does. The building manager or whoever manages the callbox at your apartment would be responsible for setting this up for you.
Or have they already setup your number with the box and it isn’t working so they told you to talk to your service provider?
Hi! Just moved into a new building and we need to get our cell phone hooked up to the building’s callbox. Strata manager is saying someone from ur service provider needs to come out to do this...does Koodo have someone to do this or can we just do it ourselves if we can get access to the room? Did you verify your number with your property manager? Have they tried adding 1 to your number to see if it works?
