I got a text from 1(999)999-9999 saying they were returning an “overcharge” amount. Is this a legit refund, or a scam?

+4I got it too… it was actually recognized as spam by Google or Samsung (don’t know which)

I clicked the link from the text, but realized when it loaded my bank page it was a scam. No info was added. Can they still get information?
