Is 20GB for $39/mo. only available to new member? I tried to change it by myself, But it wasn't on the list.  

A No Caller ID has been calling me over 100 times back to back a day. Is there a way I can block them without having to change my number?

I already have a sim mailed to me from koodo previously.  I don’t want to pay an extra $10 to sign up and get another sim card for no reason.  Anyway I can sign-up without the sim online? Thanks

I have a business that I’ve always had a landline/answering machine for - I have no desire to give my personal cell number to clients. But I also need to be able to be contacted on event days when I am on deliveries.I’ve been told I can port my landline to my iPhone as a secondary number - and that my iPhone supports esim and will let me know which calls/texts are business and which are personal.But how do I do this?? I can’t find any information online about it….

Hello,I am having an issue with my cellular data.  Randomly throughout the day, my cellular data drops out and I am no longer able to access the internet.  This issue happens four or so times a week for me and lasts for a variable amount of time.  This is a major issue when I need to use my cellular data.  How do I go about fixing this issue?

I received a text from 4799 saying a request to transfer a phone number on my account to another service was requested.  Can they get my banking info etc this way?

Is anyone having issues with calls constantly being dropped? When I was talking to my sister a few days ago, who is also with Koodo, the call literally dropped four times - so frustrating!!! If I make calls to a landline, the call will drop once. Why does this keep happening??? 

When going through my account I found a page titled Exclusive  Programs. It stated that  because I was a Telus Hub user and a Koodo customer I was getting 100GB of complimentary  data per month and that I could see this free data noted under  my Transaction History. I have searched every aspect of my account and cannot find notification of this anywhere. I would hate to have this sit there unused but also want to see it on my account so that I don’t find out later that this was an error of some sort.

Anyone else having phone service problems in Lawrencetown Nova Scotia? I have been with koodoo for more than 15 years. Service in my area is getting so bad I can't call out most of the time. When I can the call sometimes drops. Hard to run a business with this kind of service. The company doesn't care, if you call them you have to wait forever to talk to some Indian that you can't understand or just reads from a script. None of the other carriers are any better. I will say that Koodoo bills are what they should be every month. Never had an issue with that. Not sure what I can do but it's frustrating to say the least. Might be time to close the business down and go completely off grid. Tired of fighting with corporations that simply want your money and pretend to care when they don't.

My current phone, Android, is nearly dying and I can’t afford to get a brand new phone rn so I was looking through the Certified Pre-Owned phones available at the moment and I’m now considering switching to Apple since there are some “affordable” options. I have some questions though. Is it worth it getting a CPO iPhone here? Has anyone had any regrets with their purchase before? Can I pay off my tab balance in advance or would I be penalized for not going through with the 24 months payment plan?  Would I need to pay the Tab Bonus if I do so, or is that only necessary if I cancel or upgrade? Any other advice on getting a CPO for the first time?Thanks!

I removed my SIM from the phone, tested the sim with a phone originally from another provider (which didn't work) and when I put the card back in it’s native phone, the phone didn’t recognize any sim was present

I have to say my new activation experience with the system was not great. I didn’t receive my SIM card for two whole weeks only to find out it was sent back to Koodo. I had my newly activated account closed by Koodo with a bunch of charges put on it, while the entire time I wasn’t even using the service.I only received the feedback form a month later and I wanted to be sure the recognition to the call center representative was properly captured since the survey wasn’t capable of separating my actual activation experience and the customer service after the fact. I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Katherine from out west. She called me back on three separate days to deal with removing the charges on the closed account, creating a new account, facilitating me getting my hands on a SIM card and answering all my questions. She was super professional, patient and persistent in getting me up and running with Koodo. Thanks so much Katherine!

I have had trouble today making and receiving calls on my s22 ultra. Recently it's been slow in sending texts. I can't even start a new conversation in texting. Has koodo/telus had issues l today? In fact, I have a coworker who has had trouble today as well as her son.  I need to be able to make and receive calls as I have several family members with life threatening health conditions.  I can't even access my voice mail

iPhone 14 Pro w/ esim New client from Bell on 17-AprCallers keep not hearing me - “Are you there?  Hello? I can’t hear you? Click - They hang up”This has been happening indoors, in a standard home in a room where I’m 3’ from a window. I’ve been running outside, which I don’t wish to do, to keep the call “up”. Now I’m starting to have the same issues while standing outside on my driveway. Naturally I can’t do this in the winter, nor do I want to do it EVER.I see so many similar issues - is this just the way it is now?!?!?!?!I moved from Bell to Koodo on 17-Apr and presume I’m under contract (my phone). Can I exit the contract to rejoin, GASP, Bell since I’ve only started with Koodo April 17th? Bell pricing wasn’t great but calls always worked.Phone service with these call issues is not acceptable in 2023.I’ve power cycled my phone.

I have been with koodo for 12 years and have never had an issue,  but the last 24-36 hours I have a problem calling and sending texts to other koodo customers.  I can call.and text those not with koodo.  Is telus/koodo having technical problems.  I javelin the samsung S22 ultra.  In fact , yesterday,  June 11, I couldn't even access my voice mail. I am in windsor ontario,  so I don't know if this is an ontario issue or not....I just want it fixed  ASAP

Whenever I open a voicemail, it starts with "New voicemail, sent by 'x-xxx-xxx-xxxx'." It only lasts a few seconds, but it feels redundant considering I can just check the caller's number on my phone app.I've previously used Fido and Virgin, and they didn't have this message. Is there a way to disable it on Koodo?

I just had to move back from Canada to Ireland at short notice. Is it possible to talk to a live agent with Koodo without it being a callback? I'm trying to find some answers to if there's anything that can be done with assisting me setting up an eSIM but I don't really like the idea of an hours worth of internal minutes to deal with

I recently upgraded my phone to a Galaxy A54 5g. I used to use phone over wifi all the time, because cell coverage in our area is terrible, and I’m working from home. However, this phone doesn’t have the option of phone over wifi! I’m wondering if it might be available in the near future or if I need to change my phone...AGAIN.

So the back of my phone shattered. Dog knocked it out of my hand onto the sidewalk(after destroying my otterbox earlier today). When going through Asurion for device care, they want to charge $250 for a replacement. I’m cool with that. However. I’ve already paid off my device. If I get this replacement through them, will it put me back on a tab for paying off the replacement?

I tried to get a human after a hours of loging in to every section Koodo could think up. I did finally get a callback, BUT, the agent said “Please may I have...” and went silent.I went through all the hoops again THREE times hour after hour and still no one calls back. Maybe Koodo  needs to get a good mobile carrier.Adding insult to injury, the Artificial I(no where near intelligent, not even close) that insist I have to log in to log in, using my landline locally, and calling my digital phone (DP) is long distance. Calling my wife on her Koodo account is long distance. WTH, she is sitting right bedside me and the phone never goes anywhere anyway.QUESTIONSWhy does Koodo keep suggesting I talk to a human, and I book the appointment, and I Koodo fail to call back 3 out of 4 times. Are we as victims allowed only one call-back and that’s it?  Just one agent that can’t stay connected and after that, it’s pound sand?
