A couple of weeks ago, Koodo called me with a loyalty upgrade offer. I accepted, since the offer was to get 20g of Dara for the same price as I was getting 10g for, and we were going on vaycay, and I thought it might be useful. Ever since that upgrade, Mt phone drops wifi signal, even in my home where all other devices are at full reception. HELP!!!

I can flag a rep to see if anything is going on the network side. Have you tried restarting your phone?


Eh, the plan change technically shouldn't have any impact on your Wifi signal reception as it was a different system.

If other devices was connected to that, can you check if your phone WiFi connected to the same network? Try to forget wifi network and readd it to see if it can. Help.
