I have been with koodo for 12 years and have never had an issue, but the last 24-36 hours I have a problem calling and sending texts to other koodo customers. I can call.and text those not with koodo. Is telus/koodo having technical problems. I javelin the samsung S22 ultra. In fact , yesterday, June 11, I couldn't even access my voice mail. I am in windsor ontario, so I don't know if this is an ontario issue or not....I just want it fixed ASAP

There is a service issue ongoing with reports still on issues not resolved. It seems to be mainly ON and QC atm?
+4I have rebooted several times and I can't receive texts from my boyfriend. My notification goes off, but I still can't read his texts. I can send and receive texts from non koodo customers but not from my boyfriend who is also a koodo customer
