texting and phone calls issue

I have been with koodo for 12 years and have never had an issue,  but the last 24-36 hours I have a problem calling and sending texts to other koodo customers.  I can call.and text those not with koodo.  Is telus/koodo having technical problems.  I javelin the samsung S22 ultra.  In fact , yesterday,  June 11, I couldn't even access my voice mail. I am in windsor ontario,  so I don't know if this is an ontario issue or not....I just want it fixed  ASAP

    There is a service issue ongoing with reports still on issues not resolved. It seems to be mainly ON and QC atm?

    @Purple J We did have sporadic technical challenges effecting a small set of customers. Those issues have been resolved yesterday. We have refreshed the ‘switch’ on your account, could pls power cycle your device and let us know if there are improvements?

    I have rebooted several times and I can't receive texts from my boyfriend.  My notification goes off, but I still can't read his texts. I can send and receive texts from non koodo customers but not from my boyfriend who is also a koodo customer
