Hi there,I am currently on a $45/month plan which includes 4GB per month and a bonus 3 GB per month from a $0 add on. I logged into self serve and noticed I am being offered limited time plan offers of $40/month for a plan with 6GB and a plan of $45/month for unlimited minutes and 20GB per month. Both plans do not seem to require a tab and both expire in 6 days. What I am wondering (and what isnt specified anywhere) is if both of these new plan offers include unlimited Canada wide sms messaging, since both only mention unlimited INTERNATIONAL SMS messaging. If the new plans include unlimited  messaging I will likely jump at them. Thanks in advance for any insights on this!

Several years ago I may have Opted-out of receiving promotions (via text or email) and I would like to Opt back in but can’t find anything on the self-serve page.Is there an easy way to do this, or do I have to call customer service?

Hi! do me a favor :)I talked with a rep over the phone Wednesday November 30 and asked him to cancel my phone starting Friday, December 2nd. I think he did so because I got the mail  saying  “You recently scheduled to cancel your wireless service …...”. However, I got text messages on Friday when my phone was supposed to be canceled. Is it right? Just out of concern, I took out u-sim after that. I’d like to double check if the line was completely canceled. Any ways to check on my own? And, the rep said I would view the reduced amount due on the bill after December 3rd, which charges only the 6-day-usage (from November 26 to December 1st). It is not yet revised.  How long should I wait for the revision? Thanks for your help in advance.

Hello I have a plus symbol in my email for my koodo prepaid account and with the new portal I can no longer login. Any way to get a hold of someone one to change my email?

I am a new user & have some questions regarding the $0 Unlimited Long Distance Pack:  Is there any time bindings for this pack, or i can make international call anytime from Canada?Can I use these feature for several countries which are listed<US, China, Hong Kong, India, Bangladesh, and the UK> or I have to pick only one from the lists?Thanks  

So I just got a Koodo phone and sim, account is all set up but every time I try to go to the number trasnfer thing on the Koodo site, it tells me that the account number for my Telus number is invaid which makes no sense as its the current phone I’m using and I thought Telus and Koodo were under the same company.Also cant seem to actually talk to a rep to get this issue sorted out, the chat bot refuses to get me a callbackAny suggestions?

Hi everyone I received a call from this number offering a win back promotion. Is this a legit number because they asked for credit card and drivers license number as well.

As the callback system is not working and is more frustrating than worth the trouble, I have a question regarding my October bill.  There was a charge of $14.99 on it called ccsupport.biz.  I have no idea what this charge is for nor does it indicate anywhere on my bill what this is for. I had no overages and  I will not pay for something unless I know what it is and is accurate.  I need someone to clarify this for me.

I had received a 100 minutes Canada wide booster bonus when I signed up for a prepaid account. After the prepaid self serve site was changed, the 100 minutes Canada wide booster vanished from boosters. What happened to it?

I signed up at Walmart for the $45 50GB plan when the salesperson at Walmart confirmed with his Koodo rep that I qualified for the plan. But according to the website I have a $65 50GB plan, not the $45 one I signed up for (and there is no mention on my account of a credit for the $20 difference). Why is this info wrong?  

I have been with Koodo for a decade, with 5 lines and to say the least I am disappointed . I have been charged extra for the past several months.   All it lists is this:                                 In-App Purchase                   $24.95.   ($47 previous month/ $19 before that!!)                                Total used 5 (event)I am disappointed that koodo does not list the 3rd party. I'm currently locked into an EPP but I got a text offering me 25gb for $5 extra per month. If I add this to my plan, will it cancel my EPP or will it just add that $5 to the discounted rate I pay?

For some unknown reason I cannot send or receive MMS (picture) messages.I have tried rest the network, update the app, change or delete the APN name and re&re the sim card etc.Mobile data is on. Signal is good. 2 other phones on the account can send and receive.Lastly I have gone in and changed stuff in the “Edit access point” from a old post here from 1 yr ago and still not fixed?

I would be travelling to the UK and India next week and hopefully some one can answer my query.I would be adding the Easy Roam facility for the $15 per day My existing plan has Unlimited Long Distance Pack (US, CN, HK, IN, MX, BD, UK)My questions are:While I am in the UK would I be charged for making any outgoing call within the UK? While I am in the UK would I be charged for making any outgoing call to India? While I am in the UK or in India would I be charged for making any outgoing call to Canada? With Easy Roam, I am assuming all incoming calls would be free irrespective of the country where the call originated from? 

I changed my plan from 10 GB to 12 GB a week ago. Now it is saying I have used my data limit of 6 GB. I have only used 6 GB over the entire monthly period when I should have had 6 GB left on half of the period since I changed my plan. Anyone else have this issue?

Signed up for a plan recently in Montreal but English in my native language. Any way I can switch to English? I’ve scoured everywhere in the self-service settings - no luck.

I want to add $3/month call forward add on which is not available on self serve. I have two lines with same plan. on one line I have activated that option couple months ago by talking with live agent. Now I want to activate same for another line  Schedule call to live agent is after two days, I am travelling in few hours. want option activated before i leave.

Bought a phone during Black Friday.  Will there be any issues if I don't activate it until December 25?  (It's a surprise Christmas present for someone).Thank you in advance for answering my question.-jeps-

HiNewbie here.You know where I stand by my user name.Have $37.5 plan with 2GB 4G data. I am in the US for the next few motnhs, with a brief return to Canada in this period.Am signed in looking to change my plan & there is no offer for a CAN/US plan that I saw when I joined. Am I mistaken? I did notice when joining koodo that they show all these various plans but only some are available after you initially join. In other words, the usual misleading bullshit I expect from these crooks (RoBeLus). How do I get these jerks to call me? Will they call me at my USA number? I won’t use roam for “$12/day” when a “day always ends at 11:59 pm”, regardless when it started.If I leave koodo, any suggestions which are the next least expensive/offensive thieves to deal with?Does forum have employee censors(moderators)?Thanks for any helpful replies.Want to comment on my vocabulary, don’t bother. 

I continue to get spam and misinformation tests from Koodo about 3G service in the US and that my phone at 4G LTE/LTE-A One Plus is a 3G phone and it will not work with partners in the US. Best part is the last arrived soon after returning for the US where my phone connected to Koodo’s partners. on 4G services in an area where 3G services have been discontinued. When I upgrade it will not be a phone from Koodo as I see this as being very unethical marketing practices by Koodo and its parent company. 

There is an issue with US roaming for prepaid accounts if both AT&T and T Mobile have dismantled their 3G networks.  Koodo should honour access via LTE.  Otherwise, I am being denied the use of prepaid roaming credits until Koodo grants LTE access 2025(?)

Ordered SIM card online and it was shipped with Canada post mail on 28 November. Today is Dec 7 night and the SIM card is not delivered yet. I activated the card on Dec 2. What should I do? If it is not arriving tomorrow, I have to buy plan from my old provider as it is already expired and I have nothing to use right now, but Kodoo plan is also already activated, which is double cost. What should I do? 

Hi, I’ve recently been offered an exclusive plan. However, it does not say “Unlimited International Messaging (text & picture)”, only “Unlimited International Messaging”.
