Hi everyone I received a call from this number offering a win back promotion. Is this a legit number because they asked for credit card and drivers license number as well.

I wouldn't give out CC number and DL number even if it was a legit.
If they said this was a "win back promo", then I would ask them to put a note - promo plan price, conditions, rep's nane and when to expire the offer...etc on my account. Then I call them back to get a promo if I liked it.
