So I just got a Koodo phone and sim, account is all set up but every time I try to go to the number trasnfer thing on the Koodo site, it tells me that the account number for my Telus number is invaid which makes no sense as its the current phone I’m using and I thought Telus and Koodo were under the same company.
Also cant seem to actually talk to a rep to get this issue sorted out, the chat bot refuses to get me a callback
Any suggestions?

Both the account number and the IMEI number say that it is “incorrect”

I did. I had to call Telus and they got the number switched. It was something on Telus’s end and it’s all sorted out now. Hope that helps!
