I would like to know if the Azores (Portugal) are still included in the destinations covered in the European Roaming package? The question was asked one year ago and Darius Koodo said yes, it was included. But this could have changed since last year, therefore I am asking the question again. Thanks

What if I change the prepaid plan to the monthly plan what becomes the fee that I already paid, the balance that I already added, the booster, and the promotion data that I got?And one more question, are the prepaid sim card and monthly pay sim card different?So, if I change the plan from prepaid to monthly, do I need to I change my sim card?

Hello, I’ve just added an easy roam travel pass to my account for an upcoming trip (the 30 day europe one). I have a few questions about the details:-I am wondering what my settings on my phone  should be once I land in Europe: should I have roaming off or roaming on? -Do I need to also enable easy roam on my Koodo account? Or are the two separate things?-what kind of calls can I make/receive without charge? My current phone plan allows for unlimited calls within Canada. For example could I make a phone call to Canada for free? -can I travel to multiple European countries on the list without problem?thank you for your help :)

I have been watching netflix for quite some time since before primes ads started and had paid prime before moving to stream+premium. After finishing my binge watching of netflix I moved over to the prime platform for some bing watching and there were ads. Thought i chose the stream+premium when i moved my platforms over. Never thought anything of it. Few weeks go by and i get frustrated with the ads so i check, i do have stream+premium but i have ads on prime. I thought premium took the ads away did it not? Whats the premium? Whats the basic lol?

Does the Canada-US roaming with data, talk and texts 120 GB of Shock-Free Data at 5G speed plan include calls placed from canada to US without roaming on? Or does it mean its stricktly limited to use while roaming/traveling? 

So I have a tab and a tab bonus when I got my phone in the fall. But I still owe month on both tab and tab bonus. I'm bored of my phone and want to switch back to an iPhone. I understand I'm able to pay off my tab if I want to but I don't see an option to pay off my tab bonus. Am I even able to switch phones? What happens if I do? 

Hi, I've had the 30 day prepaid plan for 15$ each month for many years. However, I recently saw what seems like a better deal with the 360 day plan. What I want to ensure before switching is that I wouldn't lose access to the booster add ons I have already bought while on the 30 day plan.

Hello, I recently got the stream plus plan. I got all of them activated but telus tv. It set me up but on the koodo website it still shows activate, alongside I am getting emails asking to set it up from Koodo. How can I fix this, any assistance is apprecciatted thanks.

I don’t have an an account nor phone number. I’m trying to sign up for those. How do I sign up for Koodoo?

I was trying to set up my Stream+ but my auto complete accidentally triggered and it activated Amazon Prime on an unintended email address.Now when I try to activate it says I used the activation link already.How can I turn it off from the mistaken account and move it to the correct email account?

I'm just not sure because the Canada only plans specifically say unlimited minutes and unlimited messaging whereas the Canada-US plans just say "Canada-US roaming with data, talk and texts". And I don't mean the unlimited international text perk. I mean while I'm in Canada(and I guess the US) are talking and texting to other Canadians(and I guess Americans) unlimited or limited. I don't specifically need a can-us plan but rates are good at the moment and it would be nice to not have to worry about roaming on possible future trips.

I moved from QC to AB two years ago and promptly updated my billing information. Trouble is, I am still paying QC provincial sales tax even though I live in a province that does not have a provincial sales tax.Any idea how to fix this?

I just switched to the Canada- US plan. Do I keep the Easy Roam activated, or should I deactivate it? I don't want to get charged daily on Easy Roam, much cheaper to change the plan!Thanks everyone!Jen

Hello, I have an account with Koodo that has 2 active numbers. I want to port out one of them which means that the other will stay active with Koodo and the account will stay active. if I receive a winback deal from Koodo, can Koodo port me back to the same account since it is still active ? or it has to be a new account. Thanks
