Anyone else receive a text from Koodo to save money on your current plan, call the number and find out its Telus and they want you to migrate to them? Very frustrating! If the text is from Koodo, I should be able to save on my Koodo plan.

Can I get an Esim voucher online? It seems pointless to have a Esim but still had to go in to a store, feels like it defeats the purpose.

I have a basic monthly plan. My plan’s data ran out (200 MB) . I got a text that data was paused with options to top up. I texted 21YES to get 1GB data, but internet still didn’t work. I checked self serve (using a different device)  and I can see now have 1.2 Gb with only 200 MB used. However I also noticed a message saying data was paused and I can unpause by selecting an option. I selected again to buy 1GB (this was half an hour after the initial top up). A few minutes later on the self serve I see that I am back to only 200 MB and all used up. Later, I chatted with the Kodoo robo chat thing, and it told me my data was paused and I could top up. I told it to top up for me 1 GB. It said it did it. I checked self serve and looks like I have 1.2 GB. But still when I try to go on the internet it does not work and I keep getting a text saying my data is paused and I can top up. Please help,

I'm moving to a new address in the same city. How do I go about it?Can't find anything in Self Serve

How do I correct my birthdate on file.I called and they said it was wrong.Said to go to Koodo self serve site but I can't find anywhere to correct this

To pass on my recent US Canada Plan experience which was very frustrating. We were traveling in New Hampshire last week and we experienced call fails repeatedly with one of our plan phones and then both phones at times. The Koodo carrier most of the time was AT & T. We even went to the local AT & T store to see if there was a solution.There was not. Our local Canadian Kiosk store was not able to help.We did the 611 Koodo call and it was disastrous to get someone live to help or explain our problems.The call service was intermittent at best and we were disappointed with the capabilities of our US Canada Plans and totally frustrated at our inability to get helpNovices like us beware it was not fun Food for thought

Hello, I signed up for Stream + in April. I followed instructions and linked up my existing Netflix and Amazon accounts. All are activated and I double checked to see Prime plan shows up as partner billed to Koodo. I've now been double charged for Amazon in April and in May. How to fix this issue and get refunded for being charged twice?Thx

I’m trying to configure a service with “Jane App” that uses “Stripe” to his “Payement Solution”.I’ve already opened a ticket to Jane App and Stripe support teams.I’ve tested in 2 separated phones and numbers, iPhone and Android. They are both from Koodo and I can receive messages from another services and phones normally.I also tried uninstalling the updates in my message app and it didn’t work.Could you help-me, please? 

Hello,I want to cancel my koodo internet activation. I’ve received the hardware, but am not continuing with Koodo. When I follow the prompts to cancel in self serve/subscriptions, nothing exists and I get the message “It looks like some parts of this page couldn't be loaded. If you don't see what you need, please refresh the page or come back later.”How can I ensure that my internet is canceled and that I can return the equipment?Thank you!

Hi, I followed all the steps for number porting but I did not receive the Koodo welcome message and unable to make any calls or use 4G data. I can only receive calls and send and receive text messages. what is the fix as its been more than 12 hours since I ported. I see my correct phone number in self serve account.

I signed up to the Koodo Community in 2018 and made a number of posts, questions and replies. I haven’t been on in a few years. I logged on today to ask another question and I’ve noticed that all of my previous history of posts are gone. It’s no big deal I guess, but what gives?

I’ve been on an old prepaid $15 per 30 days plan since 2018. 3G speed. 100 minutes Canada wide calling. Unlimited texting. 250mb of data. About 3 months ago I purchased a 2GB Booster Add-on for $30. I rarely ever use data, but I like to have some just in case. This plan has served me very well. I was recently offered a much better plan for the same price. $15 a month. 4G speed. Unlimited texting and calling. 5GB data a month. I took the plan. New SIM card is on the way in the mail. My issue is: That $30 I spent on the 2GB Booster Add-on back in March is going to waste. I haven't even used 1MB of it yet. If I was to call Koodo and ask for $30 credit, would they oblige?

For a while now,  ever since Koodo dropped support except for phones they sell, I don’t get Pics with images any more. If that’s not annoying enough, now they send multi-copies (see image below). of the same thing every day.This happens even if I disable the mobile and WiFi. They come in when I enable both. If I leave both WiFi and Mobile on, they come in - in the morning around 0900. If I take the battery out, wait 15 seconds and plug it back in (refresh).  The still come in. I tested this with friends: Using the same 80kB jpeg. Telus: Sent Text w/ pic - waited it doesn't come in and, he just text and the text comes in. Rogers: Same tests - same results. Koodo: Same tests. ONE w/ pic, the other a plain text. They come as “You received an MMS, but it expires on: 2024-06-07-20:10 18 minutes ago. I had turned the phone on 1024 that’s A.M.  “20:10 is 10:10 P.M. That wasn’t 18 minutes!           Please,

Please disable all texting on my phone. I don’t wish to receive any text messages from anyone.I only need my Koodo phone for voice calls. I want to disable SMS completely.This phone is only for me to call with my elderly mother, and the constant barrage of dangerous scam text messages are driving her crazy.

I just updated my phone and plan through self serve and now it’s saying I only have 5gb instead of the 50gb my new plan should have 

I ordered my internet service two days ago, already received the modem and router earlier today, but haven’t received any correspondence on when it will be activated by a tech? It just says “order processing” when I log into my account. What’s going on here?

In my possible add-ons there is something called "call display restrict."  I was wondering what exactly this is.

I was charged for a call to UN KINGDOM which I never made.  Am I being scammed?

I am setting up my internet, its finally all hooked up but I was told by the installer to call in and ask for the password. I have requested a callback MULTIPLE TIMES, each time they call me and say HIT 1 to speak with a rep, it says , “sorry, we did not get that” I am about to lose my F***** mind. I already have had a hellish time with this company just to get a guy to come in and install the needed cables to my place. And that took a week…..this is idiotic.

I have Unlimited International Texting as a perk, but am concerned about unnecessarily invoking Easy Roam.  

Hello, I have preauthorized payments set up for my credit card but I was wondering if it was possible to pay like $100 at a time (like over pay the bill to have negative credit)

I am wondering if i would be able to get text transcripts from Koodo ?

I'd like to know how to make sûre I am not roaming while using airalo eSIM card. In the process to turn on the eSIM card it tells me to turn on the roaming and make sure the roaming with my main physical SIM card is off, which I did, but I'd like to know if there is a way to check live with koodo that I'm not roaming. 

I’m trying to call Mexico from Canada. When I call the 10 numbers I get USA. Tried the +before the 10 numbers still does not work????
