Correct and upto date APN settings for non-koodo moto g14 phone

The first link should provide the correct APN settings. Did you use the compatibility tool to see if your phone will work on the Koodo network? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/phone-compatibility

So i checked using that tool and no the phone is not compatible but I used the first link APN settings and the moto g14 was able to send and receive texts including rcs and also data internet without wifi. I am not sure what else might not work as expected outside in real life so im a little bit concerned even though the phone is inteenational global unlocked from EU market. I have yet to test this outside as I just got it yesterday 

The problem is not always about your phone itself but the compatibility between your phone and new Koodo MMS server. More here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/picturemessagingchanges

Even if your phone had APN set correctly. It might not work if wasn’t supported or wasn’t updated to latest firmware.

RCS is a different messaging protocol so you can use it normally. MMS was the major problem if you were using phones from somewhere else.

If you entered the APN settings and it works then you should be good to go.  I would only try the other links if the previous ones did not work.

In regards to the phones compatibility, it may be a situation where the phone does not match all the frequency bands that Koodo uses, which means your reception may be poorer in certain areas that use the bands that your phone does not connect to.
