Changing plans and selecting perks

I am trying to change my plan and select the free perk of unlimited long-distance calls.  When I select it the “next” disappears and essentially I am stuck - cannot change my plan.  No idea why.

Hi there,

so a couple of things to try is 1. Clearing your cache and cookies and trying again. 2. Trying on a different web browser. 3. Trying on a different device, specifically on a laptop or desktop using google chrome. Try these out and let me know how it works out 🙂👍
