Title says it all. Signed up for the add-on “Voicemail to Text” which koodo indicates that “Your voicemail will be converted to text and delivered as an SMS message or an email” followed by no instructions on how to actually set the option to EMAIL instead of a text. The voicemails are coming in as a text message currently and we would like to change the setting to email.

From my understanding of the Voicemail to Text add-on, you will need request a callback and have a rep change the option of text message, email, and with or without audio file.
+4In the instructions you would have to change the option in selfserve and select the add-on options there. Just wonder what option do you have when you select the addon in selfserve
