I am trying to log my request for a reversal of an easy roam charge i got last night Dec 31, 2023 while attending a wedding in Sarnia Ontario. I did not leave the country but was close to the border.
I was told my bill would be 98 a month not 178. In my bill you are hiding charges from me. It is only showing a 98 and 13 dollar charge. What’s the hidden 67 dollar fee? Also the 13 dollar charge was also not told to me either. I am very disappointed in Koodo already. Also how do you cancel your plan with them and get your money back? I am very put off by the misleading bill and hidden fees.
I have paid my koodo bill but my account is still frozen why is that.
Why can't I bill directly to my phone bill with Google Play Store? I could with every other provider I've ever had.

I am a traveller and I don't have a Canadian bank account. How do I pay my bill online? And why Koodo doesn’t offer in-store payment? So stores are just for selling products?
I am very interested in getting Koodo internet as I have been a mobile customer for a long time and am happy with the service. I would like to know if there is a monthly rental fee for the equipment over and above the monthly subscription fee and how much that additional fee is ? Also does the signal come in on the existing phone line or is it received like the signal on the phone. I’m asking about the signal as I will be moving to a basement apartment.
I’ve been trying to access my self service but it keeps giving me the image of the melted Ice cream cone with the message “This service is unavailable right now. Please refresh or try again in an hour.” Been trying for days and it keeps giving me the same message. I can access everything else EXCEPT my self serve. Anyone know why it’s doing this??
I got long distance charge after I cancelled Koodo, I was with Fido and I had Long distance plan with them as well, however, Koodo still charge me for that. I try to calling Koodo but the customer services couldn’t connect me to a rep, I look everywhere I can’t seem get a help from Koodo.

I put my phone on seasonal hold in November and it turns out that the billing never stopped. There is no activity on my account because I replaced the sim card when I got here. I have been out of the country since November 7th.I got help with putting my account on seasonal hold by someone in the forum because Koodo had no means available to put an account on seasonal hold using the account management software options.How do I get these charges removed from my account?Thanks

I just signed up for the $20 off a $65 plan, making it $45 plus tax. The wording is frustrating me to the point I don’t know if the $45 will now be my fixed price, or it only lasts for a couple months then bumps up to $65. If it is not ongoing I will cancel. I was charged 3 times in the month of October for the exact same bill. I only noticed this now because I checked billing history. Does anyone have a clue why this may have happened??
I don't currently use Kudo. But I paid the bill for November. The email invoice said they would refund this amount. When will I get the refund? Total Amount Due: -$31.67 If received by: December 19, 2023

There are 5 calls on my latest bill that I do not recognize. Four are for 1 minute each to a number in Utah; the other is for three minutes to a number in New Jersey. I did not make those calls. How is it that they appear on my bill?
I signed up with Koodo on January 9th, and ported my old number after I received my Koodo SIM card on January 17th.Today I received my first bill, and every line item in the “Monthly and other charges” section is followed by the text “(exp. Jan 17 2024)”. That sounds like all the features in the plan I signed up for just expired, and while I don’t really believe that to be the case, I don’t understand what “exp. Jan 17 2024” actually does mean, and that message (or similar text) isn’t shown on the sample bill in the “how to read your first bill” section.I’d appreciate it if someone would explain what this means. (I tried scheduling a callback from Koodo, but that failed -- all three attempts went straight to voicemail without ever registering as an incoming call, even though I don’t have the callback number blocked).
Hello Community,I'm sharing my incredible experience speaking with the customer representative Josh today who helped me resolve the payment charges dispute over the last 2 months’ bills.2 months ago, I requested a plan change and the previous Customer Rep didn't explain the associated charges that directly popped into my bill. Josh not only raised this dispute on my behalf but also made me aware of asking more questions to the representatives before they suggest any changes to your existing plan/ offer anything new.Recommend him 200%.

Each time I enter my credit card information the Error message I receive is that the information is incorrect. The address information is identical on my Koodo profile and my bank profile. Can someone please assist?
