I bought my internet on October 31st and it is currently December 11th and I have yet to receive a bill notification or anything for it and it is stressing me out. Is there any reason for this?

UPDATE: We looked into the details. Your purchased date was indeed October 31st however subsequent charges would be somewhere in the middle of every month. In the below FAQ under #5 there is a more detailed explanation about billing.
