no bill notification for Koodo Internet

I bought my internet on October 31st and it is currently December 11th and I have yet to receive a bill notification or anything for it and it is stressing me out. Is there any reason for this?

@Crazygaming Hmmm...let us look into this. Really don’t want to stress you out, once we have more info we will definitely share. 

UPDATE: We looked into the details.  Your purchased date was indeed October 31st however subsequent charges would be somewhere in the middle of every month.  In the below FAQ under #5 there is a more detailed explanation about billing.

All in all everything seems to be as expected.

Thank you very much that definitely helped and made sense (I promise I’m not being sarcastic) and it has given me some relief to know that. I’m truly happy with how amazing and quick you guys are to help me whenever I have asked any question.
