Hi There,

Could you please let me know the way to check the monthly credit expiry date on my line.

You would have to recall what you had when you signed up with Koodo. Current selfserve system didn't allow you to see it.


@Dinh  how can I reach customer support to get the right answer. 

Unfortunately I could not recall it, and its not mentioned in activation email copy. I just see in in monthly invoice.

Monthly credits are for a limited period of up to 24 months. They are mostly received during a new line activation or renewal, in which you can check the start period of the Agreement.

We have a great help page that can guide you on where to find the Service Agreement here.

 

For other scenarios, like the Refer a Friend, you will have to check the bills to find the first one with the credit and calculate after that. 

 

In your case, the first credit received was on the bill of December 2022, it is for 24 months and the last credit will be on the November bill of 2024.
