Hi, I had incorrect roaming charges in August. Can you please credit my bill? Thanks.

Koodo only allows dispute within 30 days from the date of the issued bill unfortunately. If the issue was from August, your bill might not get reviewed. More here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/service-terms
