I’m traveling now so I am using the seasonal hold plan. I want to use my cell phone as soon as I arrive in Canada, but I can't get a call back because don't have friends and family to answer the phone right away. Facebook is hacked so I can't send a message too. What should I do to activate my phone? And want to restore my previous monthly plan?
When I try to chose a new subscription for my cellphone, I get a big message taking the whole screen written ‘please select an account’ without any other options and no way to get past this message! I can’t even navigate the website at all...
I ported my Koodo number to a Telus account. Does that cancel my Koodo account automatically? They never confirmed that and Koodo is a sister account to Telus so... I'm confused. How to I contact Koodo folks via phone, it seems impossible to get a hold of a real person to answer customer questions!.. :/
When I try and pull up mobile services it just gives me a blank screen
Hey. Wondered something. I recently had my Prepaid phone suspended (not enough in account.). What remained was only 10.00 dollars of remaining balance (out of 15). Account was suspended (and I had time to refill). Went to refill, filled out card info went to add 5 top up. Registered as Top up, in billing history but no charge in the Charges menu (due to card error). Fixed the card information. Went to add the same 5 dollars.Suddenly, without warning, the account was down to 0.00$ despite the 10.00 remaining and I had to refill the FULL fifteen dollars to re activate. The fifteen showed up as a debit charge in the Charges portion of the menu.What happened to the remaining 10.00 left in account upon suspension?! Is it now gone? If someone can help to clarify this, it’d be great.
I did not receive a notification at 50% or 90%, only 100%. Now all data has been used… I followed the instructions in self serve to update notification settings (I have never changed the settings and have always received 50 and 90 without issue) and there is only the option for 100%. My husband had the same problem and the issue has been resolved. Please help!
Whenever I try to log into the self serve website, I cannot access anything because of website certificate errors and/or notices about my connection not being private. Hi, Just signed up for Koodo, registered for self serve, received SIM card, plan all signed up, etc. Today, Google sent me new phone which I had purchased separately. The new phone, with Koodo SIM card, is live and working, as is old phone with Telus SIM card. I have repeatedly tried to transfer my cell number from my existing phone (Telus account) to new Google phone with Koodo SIM card, but keep getting an error message. Koodo instructions on website do NOT explain how to deal with both number transfer AND new phone. Is there some order I should do things in? Help, please!
How do I change me email attached to my account in order to register for self serve ?
How to log out safely? There is no icon. Nothing under the menu. Nothing under Self serve. I am using the computer not the cellphone.

Hi all!I am a current customer with Koodo. My phone tab is all paid off and I am ready for a new phone. However, Koodo doesn’t offer the phone I want in the colour I want, so I would like to buy the phone from the manufacturer and bring it to Koodo. However, it seems like this option is only available to new customers? I can’t do anything with the “bring your own phone” option as an existing customer. I don’t want to have to start a new account with a new phone number!
I am trying to order a new phone on the Koodo website, but I can’t change the name it is being shipped to. It only lets me change the address. Does anyone know how to change the name?
There are so many nuisance calls.I can receive 2-3 calls from Ontario and BC everyday. When I answered the calls, there are no any voice,then hang up the phone. What should I do?it’s really annoying!
Hi there,I was a CMlink user and have been “trying” to transfer my number to Koodo for over a month, however, it seems a little bumpy.A month ago, a Koodo rep contacted me by phone, said that they can help me complete the transfer from CMlink to Koodo. They helped me set up a Koodo account and a number but unfortunately there were 3 inconveniences happened.1. they got my name spelled wrong! this leads to a problem that I couldn’t pay my bill with credit card.2. I didn’t receive a Koodo SIM card. Now I have followed an instruction by one of your staff, going to a local Koodo shop to buy a sim card. 3. Reaching out to a live rep is extremely difficult for me so far. Over the past few days I kept trying to contact your live rep and got no feedback, including two callbacks booked.The special plan for CMLink customer is due in the end of March. I really need your urgent help to sort these things out for me.
I am a Koodo customer. I just bought a new iPhone and need to get a QR code to switch my service to this new phone.
Just transferred to Koodo from another carrier. Followed the tech guy’s instructions. Now my phone says ‘SIM network unlock PIN’. I tried the default (1234) and my Koodo PIN number… neither work. The phone shows ‘Emergency use only’??
When the people call me, they hear that this number under call control, if you want through, need press number, like this. How it's happened?
We have a corporate Rogers account but when I fill the form it asks for First Name Last Name.When I enter the account number it says it is invalid.When I enter the Device Serial Number it says it’s invalid.Both are correct.Can someone help me with this?
I got my girlfriend and I a shared plan a few years ago, I switched to another provider for a while but she had a tab to pay so she stayed with koodo. I would like to switch back to koodo and migrate the number. When I try to migrate my phone number back to koodo it seems to use my old number for the account, I'm not sure where I can change this either.
Hello I just paid for a BYOD plan with phone number transfer request, but it appears that I will get a koodo phone number anyway, its still an optional whether I transfer or not, is that true? I think my koodo number is pretty good :)
How do I get my number ported to Koodo but still keep my account with previous mobile provider because it says that as soon as Koodo ports my number it will cancel service with that company ?
I’m currently overseas and I’m thinking of switching to Koodo. Is it possible to activate and use my phone without having to be physically present, such as to receive a sim card? I would need an esim and it looks like I could have someone purchase one for me and send me a picture of the QR code, so I guess I need to know if I need a physical sim before switching to esim?edit: I’d also be porting over my number from Shaw mobile
