2 lines signed up on Sunday at Koodo booth. They were unable to port the numbers that day and instructed me to do it in Self Serve. They have both been “In Progress” since then and trying to schedule a call back gives me options out till Thursday. I understand there’s a spike in porting volume due to BF but this is nuts. 

Please Help!

Yes to both, for the two numbers being ported (from Public Mobile).

Called the number, went through all the prompts only to be directed to Koodo Assist loop to schedule a callback (out to Thursday) and hung up on…


Frustrating to be paying for 4 lines while waiting days for number porting to work.
