how do i get my voicemail? i dont have a ‘mail box number’

I think when you would like to check your voicemail. You could do that from your Koodo phone.

Another way to check your voicemail is to dial your own Koodo number from your phone.

Like just before making a call you dial the number but instead long press the #1 until it dials the VM number. Some phone have this as a way to call a VM.

If you’ve recently ported from another provider, restarting your phone may restore the voicemail service. If long-pressing number 1 on your phone’s dial pad does not work, a voicemail access number will have to be added or pushed to your phone. If this is the case, please schedule a callback through Koodo Assist, and a rep will help you get a voicemail access number pushed to your phone.
